**Main Purpose:**
To provide a consistently high level of service to a customer through the provision of a dedicated central point of contact for Service Management and problem resolution.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Develop excellent working relationships and communicate courteously with the customer to influence the achievement and maintenance of service performance and encourage new business with existing clients.
+ Advisecustomer latest booking times and documentation required. Booking and processing shipment requests within Marken's internal database and generating and verifying shipping documentation.
+ Manage and mentor any Customer Service agent direct reports ensuring ompliance within day to day activities.
+ Answering and dealing with general telephone and e-mail requests from external customers and internal offices/agents.
+ Work in a cross functional capacity to ensure the activities related to various entities fit with customer requirements and Marken Network Guidelines, policies and procedures.
+ Manage special requests from the customer for increased and enhanced levels of service or monitoring of shipment progress.
+ Manage and find resolution with any internal/external client reported complaints, closing out assigned CAPAs in an efficient and time critical manner. Escalating as and when necessary to the Branch Manager and Regional Director.
+ Working with all departments, to develop and implement solutions for new business requirements in accordance with Marken Guidelines.
+ Attend meetings with the client as deemed necessary to discuss account status and relevant service issues and concerns.
+ To be commercially aware, dealing with internal and external customers to increase business profitability.
+ To ensure a good level of understanding and knowledge of the Marken organization, products and services, ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with accurately and appropriately.
+ To build and maintain strong relationships with all internal departments and work as part of a team.
+ Contributing to development and implementation of global and regional regulatory functions for clinical trial supplies.
+ The ability to evaluate and understand the process for the distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies from the approval to ship process to final delivery.
+ Proactively track and trace shipments, monitoring all inbound and outbound shipments on daily basis to ensure that shipments are delivered within agreed time frames delegating as and monitoring activity as necessary.
+ Identify weak shipping routes in terms of service expectation and profitability.
+ Presto Champion for Branch (if applicable).
**Requirements:**
+ Experience of Courier or Freight Industry
+ Understanding of Aviation/Airline Networks desired
+ PC/System Literate
+ Ability to deal with enquiresand day to day issues.
+ Working with key decision makers

**Overview**
Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) are key contributors to grow business and manage customers of Cognizant. They support the Client Partners and act as business owners for assigned accounts, managing the day -to-day activities and P&L of these accounts. - The CRM will be accountable for managing, retaining and developing Insurance accounts / portfolio and driving growth.
- Serving as the primary management contact and client liaison, develop 'Trusted Advisor' relationships with CxOs and other key stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations, provide updates to the senior management, and participate in steering review meetings.
- Identify strategic initiatives that help client's business achieve their goals and drive transformational programs.
- Provide thought leadership / innovation in managing strategic customers.
- Strategize and create a blueprint for increased mindshare and wallet share in respective market segment/portfolio.
- Drive growth and customer satisfaction in the accounts / portfolio.
- Drive account mining / penetration strategies and actively manage pipeline for growth and development of the account / portfolio.
- Negotiate commercial terms of engagement.
- Responsible for managing the P&L of portfolio, business planning / budgeting.

**Measures**
A CRM's shared measures are margin, revenue, client satisfaction, & employee retention. CRM role specific measures are renewal win rates, & client experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 12+ years of experience in account management, insurance domain, Superannuation domain, business development activities in IT service industry with proven track record in managing global and local insurance clients.
- Seasoned business development professional with an excellent track record in managing, retaining and developing businesses.
- Strong knowledge of technology and business segments within the financial services sector.
- Strong connects to the senior business and technology leadership in the Insurance accounts.
- Thorough domain knowledge with awareness / expertise in latest digital innovations in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of leading Insurance IT Products in the market and ability to build partnership ecosystem with vendors and Insurtech will be an added advantage.
- Experience working on onsite / offshore model.
- Experience in large IT project implementations with a good awareness of the tools and technologies used in large scale business.
- Practitioner mindset towards engaging senior level executives in transformation solutions.
- Strategic thinking, confident and the ability to plan ahead and stay the course.
- Proven track record of improving business performance and winning deals.

**The Role**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our expanding Australia and New Zealand team to generate qualified opportunities for our Sales Teams. As part of the Marketing Business Development team, you will be working closely with the regional sales and marketing teams to generate sales accepted leads via multiple channels with a mix of inbound (lead follow-up) and outbound (prospecting) activities.

**Your day-to-day**
+ Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales accepted leads and respond to product inquiries, and nurture those prospects as assigned
+ Utilise your research and planning skills and have meaningful conversations to engage and acquire new leads
+ Follow-up on all leads generated by marketing and convert initial interest into sales accepted leads
+ Manage email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
+ Manage cold-calling telephone-based campaigns to generate new sales prospects
+ Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Salesforce.com
+ Schedule demonstrations between Sales team members and potential customers
**What You Bring To The Team**
+ Highly motivated individual with a competitive personality and good attention to detail
+ Target-orientated, ambitious, creative, customer focused
+ 1-2 years' experience in sales related environment
+ Previous experience with solutions that can be deployed in private or public clouds a plus
+ Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM and AI Tools is a bonus
+ Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organisational skills
