**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Ecomm ANZ team. The CSM will work with fast moving digitally native businesses. We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything. This person has a passion for digital marketing, and firm belief that the future of digital marketing is data-driven and grounded in measurable outcomes. With proven understanding of online performance marketing, the CSM is responsible to drive revenue by advising on campaigns on Meta platforms, negotiating and optimising the advertising solutions, and use data and analytics to build consultative advice for our customers. Success in this position requires a high level of consultative and analytical skills (campaign analytics, dashboard building, ad solution optimization), with focus on client KPIs. The CSM must be solution-oriented, with curiosity and the skills to drive impact in a dynamic, team-focused environment, while moving fast against challenging deadlines.
**Required Skills:**
Client Solutions Manager, E-commerce Responsibilities:
1. Work with brands to understand their business objectives and develop the Meta strategy, which will constitute building on insights, creative best practise and measurement recommendations
2. Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, and be viewed as a key influencer in sharing Meta strategy
3. Provide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clients

5. Project Management - Manage complex work streams to optimise marketing objectives for clients. + Work closely with Account Director to understand the full opportunity of client's marketing campaigns, make creative and effective recommendations for how they can use LinkedIn platform and prove ROI through campaign insights
+ Proactively analyse and optimise customers' advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic and tactical recommendations to customers
+ Articulate and communicate any new product feature proactively
+ Identify up-sell or cross sell opportunities across the book of business to drive incremental revenue and growth

**Basic Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media

**Job Summary:**
As a Business Development Manager in the Electric Power Division, you will be out in front of the industry working directly with our end use customers to understand their needs, propose solutions to challenges they didn't anticipate and develop energy outcomes to serve their future power needs. In this role, you will be responsible for driving incremental volume in the prime power generation space. Whether it's CHP (Combined Heat and Power), Utility Capacity (Bridge to Grid), Biogas, Mine Site Electrification or another industry that needs reliable power, you will be there to support and fuel the growth.

As a Business Development Manager in the Electric Power Division, you will be out in front of the industry working directly with our end use customers to understand their needs, propose solutions to challenges they didn't anticipate and develop energy outcomes to serve their future power needs.
