The Role:

Based at our **Huntingwood Depot** , the Customer Service Coordinator is a key contributor to the smooth operation of our Service and Repair function. You will be the central point of contact for service-related inquiries, providing administrative support, coordinating service activities, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with our customers and internal teams.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Act as the primary contact for all service-related customer communications, delivering a responsive and empathetic experience.
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support including invoicing, reporting, and documentation management.
+ Coordinate and manage Preventative Maintenance Scheduling to ensure timely service delivery.
+ Follow up on outstanding service quotes and liaise with customers to facilitate approvals.
+ Support the management of the equipment loan pool, including tracking and follow-up of outstanding loans.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
+ Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a healthcare or technical service environment.
+ Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
+ High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
+ Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.
+ Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience with Salesforce preferred
+ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred (training provided).

The Customer Service Representative compliments the Sales team in providing an exceptional service to all our customers in the ordering process, and also in facilitating after sales support and advice. This role provides service across our consumables and Orascoptic businesses.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Provide an exceptional service to all our Kerr customers, ensuring it is a positive experience every time.
+ Invoicing and order processing the dealer and direct-customer purchases.
+ Provide technical support and advice on Kerr product range.
+ Maintain complete awareness of and compliance with financial rules, terms and conditions of sale, and any other relevant governing policies and guidelines.
+ Refer non-routine matters to the Business Manager, Warehouse Manager or relevant Marketing Manager where required.
+ Process sales orders, quotes, returns, credits, warranties, repairs invoicing and any ad-hoc requests.
+ Handle enquiries from customers and the Kerr/Orascoptic sales team.
+ Undertake outgoing customer calls to drive sales.
