A Mental health services in Central Queensland are urgently seeking multiple Psychiatry Registrars to support their Acute Care, Community Outreach, and Forensic teams. Community Engagement Manager
**What does a successful Community Engagement Manager do at Pinch Payments (Part of Fiserv)?**
As the Community Engagement Manager for Pinch, you will play a pivotal role in engaging and representing the company within the accounting, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Small and Medium Business (SMB) ecosystems. Your responsibilities will also include supporting strategic partner Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives through events, conversations, and collaborative content efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement strategic community engagement plans tailored to the accounting, SaaS, and SMB ecosystems to enhance Pinch's presence and acquisition efforts.
+ Cultivate and maintain relationships with key advisors, partners, and stakeholders to drive community-led acquisition and foster high levels of trust.
+ Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of events, including both in-person and virtual engagements, to connect with target audiences effectively.
+ Monitor and actively participate in conversations within social platforms and industry groups to build relationships, gather insights, and enhance Pinch's visibility.
+ Collaborate with strategic partners on Go-To-Market activities, including events, discussions, and content collaborations to drive mutual growth and success.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
+ Proven experience in community engagement, relationship management, or partnership development within the accounting, SaaS, or SMB sectors.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
+ Strong project management abilities, including event planning and execution, with a focus on delivering impactful community engagement initiatives.
+ Experience in monitoring social media platforms, industry groups, and online communities.
+ Understanding of community-driven acquisition strategies and partner GTM approaches.
