**Key Responsibilities**

**Recruitment**

+ Process applications on mHUB to generate Associate IDs; troubleshoot any issues.
+ Assist with internal transfers and external hires.
+ Assist with the coordination of pre-hire checks. Notify applicants of results. Schedule and track orientation.
**Onboarding and Offboarding**
+ Assist the HR Coordinator with on-boarding activities for new hires (new hire set-up, job descriptions, paperwork).
+ Follow all employment compliance standards for newly hired employees (I9, Job Requisition Files, Personnel Files, etc.)
+ Maintain and validate all personnel records in HR Systems (ADP, Emplive, Mhub.)
+ Follow-up on all outstanding new hire paperwork.
+ Assist the HR Coordinator with processing resignations and ensure Associates are removed from relevant systems.
**Training**
+ Generate learning reports to track training compliance, learning, and development.
+ Assist with coordinating training sessions for Associates.
**Associate Relations**
+ Support with promoting TakeCare events for hotel Associates.
+ Communicate with the wider hotel about Associate activations.
+ Celebrate Associate birthdays, anniversaries and organize monthly awards.
+ Assist with the facilitation of the Marriott International Engagement Surveys to ensure 100% completion.
+ Respond to general inquiries, questions, and requests from Associates about the company, the brand, Human resources processes, policies, and guidelines.
**Administration**
+ Assist HR Manager and HR Coordinator with all administrative tasks.

**Compliance**

**About the Role**
The Assistant Manager, Total Rewards ANZ, is responsible for delivering a fit-for-purpose compensation and benefits program across PVH office, retail and warehouse populations in Australia and New Zealand. This role ensures alignment with PVH's global and regional frameworks while supporting talent attraction, retention, and pay-for-performance strategies that promote internal equity and market competitiveness.
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards APAC (based in Hong Kong), with a matrix reporting line to the Vice President of HR ANZ (based in Sydney), the role requires strong collaboration with local and regional stakeholders to deliver ANZ-specific initiatives and market insights, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, practices and local regulations and legislation.
This hybrid role is based at PVH's ANZ Head Office in the heart of the CBD located at 388 George Street, Sydney 2000.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Support the development and implementation of Total Rewards frameworks aligned with business strategy and global guidelines.
+ Provide compensation and benefits advice, including benchmarking, salary governance, and external market analysis.
+ Manage end-to-end compensation cycles, salary reviews, bonus, short-term and long-term incentive programs.
+ Oversee benefits administration and recommend enhancements to improve the employee value proposition.
+ Ensure compliance with Australia and NZ employment legislation, Modern Awards, Fair Work Act etc. and internal policies.
+ Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and Payroll systems; monitor analytics and trends, prepare reports, conduct market surveys, and provide insights to leadership.
+ Collaborate with Payroll, HRBPs, business leaders, and external providers/vendors on total rewards initiatives and programs.
**About You**
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in compensation, benefits, and rewards; retail industry and Modern Awards (especially GRIA) experience preferred.
+ Solid knowledge of Australian employment law and award frameworks; NZ legislation exposure advantageous.
+ Demonstrated experience in job evaluation and salary benchmarking, ideally with Mercer IPE or WTW methodology.
+ Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS/Payroll systems; Workday and MicrOpay preferred.
+ Exposure to internal payroll processes, systems and function is desirable.
+ Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
+ Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Effective stakeholder management and ability to build relationships across local and global teams.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership.
+ Able to interpret and adapt, respond and lead through changing external regulatory and market factors.
+ Ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee data.

**Your New Role**
The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards APAC will be a key member of the International Reward Team.
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards APAC this role will be a key member of the APAC based team, providing analytical support for over 3,000 employees across multiple business lines, including TV & Film, News, Games and Studios & Tours.
The International Total Rewards team are responsible for the compensation, benefits and well-being plans offered to over 16,000 employees in 53 countries.
This role provides advisory services and analytical support to the Total Rewards team supporting APAC within the international business.
Activities are associated with the design, delivery, and implementation of Reward programs in support of the WBD business strategies.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Completes in-depth analysis on regional Reward programs; conducts research, analyses data, identifies trends, and ensures local legislation compliance across Compensation and Benefits programs. Conducts data modelling, cost analysis and produces recommendations to support new initiatives or enhancements to existing plans.
+ Translates analysis into creative PowerPoints and dashboards. Develops training / presentations to educate HR and managers on C&B initiatives.
+ Develops engaging communication materials to educate employees about C&B plans and initiatives and ensures information available on systems is accurate.
+ Leads the benefit renewal process in countries, ensures information about plan changes are tracked centrally and supports the annual benefits budget process.
+ Supports International compensation management through the preparation of the annual competitive analysis, carrying out analysis to identify and track trends.
+ Analyses data and prepares job pricing recommendations for executive, complex or niche roles.
+ Support in the regional implementation of global and/or international C&B programs e.g. annual pay review cycle, bonus processes, equity, sales incentive plans, recognition schemes
+ Support in the roll-out and ongoing management of levels and salary structures across the region, ensuring adoption across the business and maintenance of data integrity and best practice processes
+ With broad guidance, lead ad-hoc compensation and benefits projects that support business priorities
**Requirements:**
+ **Organisation** : Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with proven ability to work with autonomy, multi-task and self-prioritise as needed, with a willingness to adapt quickly and pivot where priorities change.
+ **Delivery:** Strong organisational skills with the ability to see the bigger picture and design processes and operating practices that minimise risk and drive efficiency.
+ **Knowledge:** Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits. Previous Willis Towers Watson surveys and benchmarking methodology preferable
+ **Communication:** Strong communication skills that are clear and engaging, tailoring communication style effectively to your audience. Strong presentation skills - able to clearly communicate complex analysis and tell the story
