Our client, Bepoz Global, based out of Melbourne (VIC) is actively looking for an experienced Computer Network and Systems Engineer (Implementation Technician) to join its team on a full-time basis at their Perth office. The business is Australia’s leading supplier and developer of point of sale (POS) systems. They are renowned for supplying products that are customised to meet the demands of running a bar, restaurant, cafe, hotel or club. In addition to POS system, Bepoz offers fully integrated Digital Signage, CCTV, Paging solutions, Takeaway Order Apps & Self-Ordering fully customized to business. < r>Main Responsibilities of the role are-
• Performing day-to-day operations, including the installation, deployment, configuration, testing, data migration, and administration of Bepoz System Software components, networks, databases, servers, and workstations. < r>• esign and configure system architectures tailored to client requirements, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure, while developing a customer-specific project plan. < r>• C llaborate closely with clients during the implementation and go-live phases to design data models, network requirements, backup strategies, and integration processes, ensuring client’s expectations are met.
• C nfigure, update and maintain networking devices such as routers, switches and access points, Enable/Disable TCP and UDP ports and configure firewall rules, subnets and VLAN depending on the needs and requirements of the business. Install VPNs, SQL Servers, RDS, and various computer applications, and security patches. < r>• C ntinuously assess, monitor, and research network infrastructures to optimize performance, providing recommendations for improvements in hardware, software, and Bepoz-developed features for hospitality venues across WA. < r>• P oviding professional remote and onsite support for diagnosing and resolving Microsoft Windows servers, Network Printers, Scanners, MSR, Payment terminals, Online Ordering platforms, and network and system-related issues. < r>• U grading Bepoz software versions with new releases on servers or network changes, followed by configuration and testing to ensure seamless integration, while updating SQL database tables and integrated API connections. < r>• F cilitate the seamless integration of Bepoz with various systems, including payment terminals, while observing network traffic and managing IP reservations and DHCP ranges to ensure optimal performance. < r>• C nducting one-on-one training sessions with our hospitality customers on all offered Bepoz Solutions, Bepoz POS, YourOrder, Snapshots, Oolio pay and MyPlace Application. < r>• C nducting research and analysis to determine system, program, and application needs while identifying limitations and proposing enhancements through the Company’s CRM tools like Jira service management, HubSpot and ConnectWise.
• W rking closely with the Central Warehouse team to order, supply, and manage the hardware requirements to fulfil Sales Orders and add-ons for WA customers. < r>• A sist in developing and executing project rollout business strategies and security policies, ensuring seamless POS system integration and efficiency. < r>• O erseeing security and compliance of POS systems, Oolio payment Discrepancies, Settlements, protecting transaction data and ensuring system integrity. < r>• D agnosing, testing, and helping the R&D team resolve Bepoz system errors to ensure compliance with quality standards and alignment with system specifications. < r>• W rk closely with Clients building positive relationships and helping grow our WA customer base. < r>Must Have – < r>• Mus have Australian Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related field

**Opportunity:** Team CACI is seeking a Network Engineer to support an Intelligence Community customer's diverse network infrastructure, including CAN, LAN, CORE, and WAN network. Develop and implement network support processes for CAN/LAN/WAN, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. **Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**

+ Plans, builds, and installs cable patch panels and cable infrastructures.
+ Installs and terminates all types of standard IT cable and fiber.
+ Manage IT network infrastructure and any processes related to these systems
+ Makes recommendations on hardware, cabling, and equipment requirements.
+ Provides installation management to include creating list of materials, bills of materials, estimating installation project timelines, determining installation team requirements, successfully executing installation projects, and documenting project status.
