About the role
We are seeking a technically proficient Computer Systems specialist to support L3Harris in the deployment of an operational and mission-critical capability for the Royal Australian Air Force and commonwealth government. Working with a highly skilled and motivated team, the Computer Systems Administrator plays a vital role in the operation and maintenance of the project.
This role is responsible for computer software installation of patches, maintenance and configuration of records. Your day to day will involve such tasks as preforming daily startups and shutdowns in reference to the squadron operations, resolving user issues as escalated by your commonwealth stakeholders, conducting repairs and replacement activities and troubleshooting faults in post operation reviews.

**This position requires being onsite and does not support remote or hybrid work** .
**This role requires a two (2) year commitment and the ability to successfully pass a physical and psychological exam. Ability to work odd and/or extended hours covering a 24/7 period and periodic rotating 12-hour shifts. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
