**The Opportunity**

From welcoming tenants and visitors, to coordinating events and supporting facilities, you'll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of the community.
**What you'll be doing**
+ Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and the community - always approachable, professional and welcoming
+ Maintain a polished and vibrant lobby, ensuring it reflects the identity of the precinct
+ Coordinate concierge services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering and local recommendations
+ Plan and deliver lobby activations, events and seasonal experiences that build community connection
+ Support the property and facilities team with inspections, contractor access and day-to-day coordination
**What we're looking for**
+ A confident communicator who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys building rapport
+ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service
+ Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer experience or facilities coordination

If you enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same, join our Melbourne team as a **Concierge/Security Officer** today! Within this role you will be working part-time from 9.00pm to 5.30am Friday and Saturdays.
+ Ensure the safety and security of the building during overnight hours
+ Monitor and control the entry and exit of residents, guests, and visitors
+ Observe and respond to any suspicious activity through CCTV monitoring
+ Address noise complaints and disturbances in a calm, professional manner
+ Conduct hourly patrols of Level one, Level 23 and External exit points to maintain security standards
+ Enforce compliance with building by-laws and house rules
+ Provide concierge-style service, including general assistance to residents and guests
+ Maintain detailed duty logs, incident reports, and handovers
+ Liaise with emergency services as needed and follow approved protocols
+ Operate and manage building systems, including key control, fire panels, and Opera PMS
+ Co-ordinating the mail rooms and parcel return policy
+ Other duties as directed by the Night Manager and Building Manager
**Requirements:**
+ Ability to work the required overnight hours and weekend work.
+ **Must hold a current Victorian Private Security Licence**
+ Fluent in English - **both verbal and written communication skills**
+ **Well-groomed and professional appearance**
