**About the Role** ** **
As the Warranty Parts Return Centre (PRC) Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the Australian PRC, ensuring alignment with Global PRC Standards and Processes. You will own and drive the achievement of all PRC Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Australia.
Reporting directly to the Lifetime Warranty Spend Coverage Manager, this position is located at our WARPEC site, adjacent to the International Market Group (IMG) Product Development Centre in Broadmeadows, Melbourne. This role is based onsite full time.
+ Ensure the Australian Parts Return Centre (PRC) operates safely and complies with all external and internal Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) requirements.
+ Directly manage PRC Material Handlers, Technicians, and all site personnel.
+ Represent Australian PRCs at the International Market Group (IMG) level.
+ Own and deliver all key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Australian PRC.
+ Oversee the management and maintenance of parts returns and shipments to and from Australia.
+ Deliver component and vehicle level testing and teardown plan for warranty components.
+ Manage the engine and transmission teardown process specifically for the Australian PRC.
+ Develop and manage virtual Red Table Review (RTR) processes for the Australian PRC.
+ Execute the Dealer Control Plan for the Australian PRC.
+ Ensure strict adherence to PRC processes and systems for effective outcomes.
+ Manage the Australian PRC cost budget.
+ Ensure clear training and development processes are available and utilized by individual team members.
**About You**
+ Tertiary qualification required (Engineering preferred).
+ Minimum of 5 years' experience leading teams in a technical environment required.
+ Automotive experience preferred.
+ Proven experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Material Handling within a high-quality manufacturing-design environment.
+ Proven people management capabilities, coupled with a results-driven attitude and effective leadership.
+ Excellent Leadership, Results-driven attitude, and Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
+ Specific understanding of Customs and Logistics requirements for the Australia market.
+ Familiarity with Quality-AI, GSAR, OWS-SERVIS2, Microcat, Panda, PTS systems.

Who You Are
KBR is in search of a skilled Project Construction Manager to lead construction projects and Task Orders (TO) to recapitalize, complete major repairs, new construction, and augment the existing infrastructure in addition to the required Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of our government customer's sites. You will manage a team of specialists, focusing on operational effectiveness, maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance. This is a 24x7 operation which requires provision of on-call support. Your role transcends conventional limits, placing a premium on the solid availability of essential services. What You'll Do
In the role of Project Construction Manager, your duties will include:
+ Direct the facilities' construction and maintenance at each site including but not limited to: job site document control and distribution of drawings, specifications, and all other technical documents
+ Directs project construction planning, safety, cost control, and scheduling activities
+ Interpret drawings and implement specifications for job site queries
+ Resolves job site technical issues encountered during execution of construction projects
+ Formulating and enforcing operational and construction standards that support company objectives, contractual requirements and comply with regulatory and environmental standards
+ Hiring, training, and leading a competent workforce to be versatile and technically savvy
+ Keeping a close watch on contractual obligations and staying informed of any regulatory changes that impact facility operations

**Project Execution & Delivery**
+ Manage GE Vernova's contractual scope of supply and services
+ Plan, coordinate, and control all project activities to meet performance, cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
+ Lead and supervise cross-functional project teams including engineering, procurement, Quality/HSE, logistics, installation, Site and commissioning teams.
+ Ensure timely delivery and site readiness for installation and commissioning phases.
+ Track project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, cash flow management and change orders.
+ Manage staffing, performance development, and team consensus-building, acting as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
+ Utilize analytical thinking and deep technical knowledge to propose innovative solutions to complex challenges.
**Stakeholder & Client Management**
+ Act as the primary point of contact between GE Vernova and the customer, Internal/External supplier's for all project-related matters.
+ Ensure transparent communication and effective coordination with customers, contractors, local authorities, and other project stakeholders to maintain the high-level relationship.
+ Attend and lead project meetings, site coordination meetings, Quality and HSE briefings.
+ Demonstrate advanced knowledge of project engineering practices, technical governance, bid evaluation, cost estimation, and technical development.
**Factory, Site & Construction Management**
+ Coordinate with site teams for installation activities, compliance with method statements, and contractor performance.
+ Ensure that installation and commissioning works are executed as per design, schedule, Quality and HSE standards.
+ Support or lead site mobilization, FAT, SAT, performance testing, and final handover processes.
**Risk & Contractual Management**
+ Manage the project budget and cash flow, including forecasting and cost control.
+ Handle contract administration, change management, and variation orders in alignment with contractual terms.
+ Liaise with legal and commercial teams on contract deliverables and claims management.
+ Engage and influence stakeholders, ensuring effective risk management and adherence to contract lifecycle processes.
**Schedule Reporting & Documentation**
+ Develop and manage P6 project schedules, budgets, and contract governance frameworks.
+ Conduct regular weekly meeting with Eng, Sourcing, Factory, external vendor and customers with Meeting minutes action items to monitor the critical path.
+ Apply expertise in modularisation and stick-built construction methodologies.
+ Provide regular project report updates to GE Vernova leadership and customer representatives.
+ Maintain accurate project documentation including overall progress reports, risk registers, cash flow sheets for cost control, HSE records, and technical submittals.
+ Ensure all deliverables and close-out documentation are submitted and approved on time.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or Project Management discipline.
+ Minimum 10-15 years of project management experience in the synchronous condensers, power substation, generation or transmission sector.
+ Proven experience with rotating electrical equipment (e.g., synchronous condensers, BESS, Datacentres & generators, motors).
+ Experience working on large infrastructure or utility-scale projects in Australia.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary and multi-national teams, including subcontractors. Lead complex projects with high visibility and impact.
+ Familiarity with Australian Standards, local HSE regulations, and utility practices.
+ Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP/PMI certification is a plus).
+ Proficient in Primavera (P6), MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
**Work Conditions:**
+ Based in NSW with frequent travel to project sites and customer offices.
+ Flexibility to work in remote or high-voltage substations and industrial environments.
+ Be part of a critical energy infrastructure project contributing to Australia's energy transition.
