**Responsibilities**
**Account Delivery Management**

**Relationship Development**
+ Engages with senior internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Chief Executive-level executives) as a peer with subject matter expertise. Establishes governance to influence customer decision making and diffuses situations in escalations as needed.

**Contracting**
+ Leads contracting process for customer and partner resources (e.g., contractors, vendors) by briefing partners, coordinating partner candidate interviews, and identifying and acclimating partner resources to the team. Negotiates and structures fixed-fee subcontractor contracts. Monitors and leads customer contract Amendments, Delivery Acceptance, Proof of Delivery, and Invoicing processes.
**Presales**
+ Leads pre-sales process for high-impact projects by articulating the business value proposition associated with the project/change, evaluating associated complexities and risks to ensure feasibility of commercial offer, and reviewing work of peers for quality. Participates in review of proposed scope and assists in developing Statement of Work (SOW), Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), estimates, preliminary risk assessments, etc.
**Planning**
+ Develops detailed project management plan to drive predictable delivery for large and/or complex projects, leveraging expertise and experience to drive scope, resources, and Microsoft project schedule in alignment and collaboration with customer plan. Ensures use of baselining, resource load balancing, and application of work effort, dependency management, contingency planning, and utilization of software (e.g., Timeline).
+ Establishes clear expectations and accountabilities (e.g., reconfirm scope, Responsible-Accountable-Consulted-Informed matrix) with all project team members (e.g., consultants) and stakeholders, as well as other Consulting Project Managers, for teams of high complexity by leading internal and external kick-off meetings (e.g., sales to delivery handoff, formal kick-off meetings) and may act as a lead project manager. Proactively engages broad set of internal and external stakeholders, including those who are impacted by project scope/outcome, but not directly involved (e.g., Enterprise Operating Unit, India Global Delivery, customer stakeholders) and engages subject matter experts in holistic planning activities, including team validation.
**Monitoring and Controlling**
+ Orchestrates and oversees a broad range of project metrics on large, complex projects with high visibility (e.g., Vice President-level) through others. + Proactively manages risks and issues within and across large, complex projects leveraging previous experience and subject matter expertise to evaluate trends in risks and optimize mitigation strategies across projects using qualitative analyses (e.g., probability, impact, urgency) mitigation plan for high impact/probability risks. Leads recoveries and engages in resolving escalations across other projects and ensures tools are updated. Manages issue closure as a high priority and utilizes contingency planning to proactively respond when risks become issues.
+ Ensures timely completion and quality of deliverables (e.g., documents) and tracking of agreed upon metrics for large, complex projects by applying quality management techniques for collecting data (e.g., benchmarking, interviews), monitoring output and implementing corrective action while proactively ensuring time and resources needed to mitigate quality risks. The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level Project Manager to join the KBR team during an exciting growth phase. You will be directly responsible for delivery of a small portfolio of design and consulting projects across the spectrum of KBR's water projects throughout QLD. As a Project Manager you will provide leadership to deliver projects, safely, on time, within budget and to quality objectives while also building and maintaining client relationships and ongoing business.
Key Skills, experience, and attributes
+ Demonstrated experience within the water industry as a Project Manager/Project Engineer (a range of experience across various infrastructure industries highly regarded).
+ Demonstrated experience in managing small-medium projects
+ A natural ability to build and develop client and peer relationships
+ Industry recognised Project Management certification highly regarded, but not essential
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have experience in Project Management or Project Engineering, preferably with experience in the Australian water utility industries or civil engineering sectors. Project engineering experience with consulting, investigation, planning, specification, design or commissioning is also important.
The Project Manager will be working closely with a range of internal and external key stakeholders so you must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills

Raytheon Australia is responsible for providing mission critical systems operations, engineering, maintenance and base support services for the Harold E. Holt Defence Precinct, located near Exmouth, Western Australia. This includes services for the maintenance, operation and upgrade of critical defence infrastructure including Very Low Frequency (VLF) Communications, Space Surveillance Telescope and C-Band Radar systems.
To support our mission, Raytheon is seeking a motivated Program Manager who is ready to lead a team of diverse, talented, and enthusiastic engineering professionals in the execution of Contractor Standing Capability (CSC) activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ The Project Manager is responsible for CSC projects and overall leadership of the CSC team.
+ Working closely with the Engineering Manager, the PM ensures safe, quality, technically compliant project outcomes are achieved within budgets and schedules.
+ Identification, assessment and management of project risks, issues, and opportunities.
+ Develops and maintains working relationships with internal and external customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
+ Ensures accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
+ Actively manages subcontractor performance to ensure they provide contracted levels and quality of services.
+ Contributes to the identification of growth opportunities and development of proposals.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
+ Demonstrated advanced to expert competencies in PMBOK, Prince2 or equivalent methodologies to plan and manage project portfolios.
+ Skilled in project management software, including use of Microsoft Project to manage integrated project schedules that have compounding interactions creating utilisation and other project delivery challenges.
+ Ability to plan monitor and control program performance, while managing project scope, issues, risks and opportunities to successfully deliver project outcomes.
+ Proven experience in complex program management involving complex lines of communication with customers and other stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated abilities in planning, estimating, managing and delivering Request for Tender (RFT) responses.
+ University Degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 8 years relevant project management experience.
+ Candidate must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Eligibility can be found at with ability to satisfy ITAR material access compliance.

**Role Title:** Level 3 Program/Project Manager=
**Role Description:**
Amentum is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager with demonstrated experience delivering complex projects in a Defence environment. The candidate will have a strong working understanding of the capability life cycle (CLC) processes, and strong stakeholder engagement and leadership experience. Roles and responsibilities include:
- Development and management of an Integrated Product Management Plan (IPdMP) and Product Work Breakdown Structure.
- Development and management of the Program Integrated Schedule ;
- Establish and document program Integration, communication and decision making processes including co-ordination meeting routine with agreed Terms of Reference and process flows for decisions making;
- Integral member in the development of the Annual Program Planning and Budget Control of DMFP products;
- Support to Performance Reporting in accordance with CASG and Army Financial reporting processes;
- Monthly progress reporting and ad hoc reporting as required;
- Specialist advice to requirements definition, then support planning, monitoring and controlling of programs / products across the Capability Life Cycle;
- Specialist advice in relations to issues, risks and new initiatives
- SME on ERP procurement and invoicing, providing guidance to team members.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Formal qualifications in project management or a related field
- demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects in a Defence environment.
- strong working understanding of the capability life cycle processes.
- strong stakeholder engagement and leadership experience.
**Desirable Requirements:**
- Experience working within an Army Aviation acquisition or sustainment environment
