The Role

Our Digital Marketing Executive will support Pepperstone's overall strategic objectives across acquisition, retention and customer experience in the Australian markets. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve all facets of digital marketing, including paid search, programmatic and social media. You will also be responsible for driving marketing performance through data analysis.

As our Digital Marketing Executive, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Support the Performance Marketing Manager and the wider Australian marketing team in delivering activities across the mix
  • Run the paid search, display, native, video, and paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Support the growth of our YouTube and Social Media accounts through organic content.
  • Write copy for the text ads, native ads, and social media
  • Prepare reports and analyse campaign performance, using insights to recommend optimisations.
  • Share insights on key market trends and competitor activity
  • Review and optimise campaign landing pages with the goal of improving conversion rates
  • Assist with ad hoc department duties

About you

  • Experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear understanding of various marketing platforms and how best to communicate on each: Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Analytics 360, Tag Manager 360, Looker Studio, Microsoft Advertising and Apple Search Ads
  • Strong grasp of SEO and ASO principles
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing & Communications Executive to support in managing marketing activities across the hotel on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and the wider team, you'll help deliver campaigns, create content, and maintain our online and offline presence - all in line with IHG brand standards.
Your day-to-day will include:
**Supporting in managing** national and regional marketing campaigns, collaborating with suppliers, advertisers, and the Australian commercial team to ensure brand consistency and budget control.
Assisting with content creation - from videography and photography and to blogs and EDMs - that brings our hotel, restaurant, and beach bar to life.
Helping to manage content across multiple channels: global distribution systems, OTAs, our website, external listings, and IHG's central reservations office.
Working with our PR agency and influencers to secure positive media coverage for our rooms, dining, events, and leisure offerings.
Supporting the design and delivery of creative assets including copywriting, imagery, and layouts.
Assisting with EDM marketing to engage audiences and drive bookings, particularly during need periods.
Supporting food & beverage promotions for **Meribella** and **Terrigal Beach House** , as well as marketing for meetings and events.
**What We're Looking For**
A degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or similar (preferred).
Strong copywriting skills and a flair for storytelling.
Experience with social media platforms, EDM campaigns, and content management.
Knowledge of marketing principles and digital channels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
Experience with video production and editing.
Hospitality, travel, food & beverage, or retail marketing experience is a plus.

**Job Summary (purpose)**
As the Social Media and Websites Manager within Colgate-Palmolive, you are a strategic and highly creative individual who as part of their role will lead Colgate's social media marketing efforts.

You will be responsible for oral care SEO and SEM efforts, supporting the Division Performance Hub team, contributing to strategy, overseeing planning, and communicating results to the local team. You will also manage the agency for all local SEM initiatives.

+ **Strategy & Content:** Lead "Always On" social media strategy, overseeing content creation and agency partnerships to drive engagement and sales.
+ **Expertise & Performance:** Act as the internal expert on paid and organic social, optimizing performance based on data.
+ **Community & Influencers:** Manage community engagement and execute influencer campaigns.
**WEBSITE**

**About the role:**
In this role you will work closely with the Brand Marketing Managers and CRM & E-Commerce teams to deliver a consumer focused, data led digital strategy for Tommy Hilfiger & Van Heusen.
We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is quick-thinking as well as highly adaptable.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for amplifying campaigns, products and consumer messaging across our paid and earned digital channels
+ Liaise closely with Brand Marketing team and CRM Team to ensure a consumer focused, data led digital strategy that aligns to global and local brand strategies
+ Plan and execute content and creative across organic and paid social platforms, display, SEM, affiliates and EDM.
+ Measure and report on ROI and KPI's for delivery and effectiveness of campaigns across digital channels
+ In partnership with agencies, implement strategic A/B test & learn cases to refine elements, maximise engagement and increase conversion
+ Adhoc reporting and digital admin as required
**About you:**
+ 2+ years proven experience in digital marketing including paid performance (SEM, affiliate, display, social media) & content planning
+ Proficiency with Google Analytics & Ads Manager, Social Media Platforms, Meta Business Manager, MS Office
+ Experience in Salesforce, CRM or CDP Platforms preferred but not essential
+ Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
+ Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with market trends
+ Previous copy writing experience and outstanding written and verbal communication skills

We're working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with powerful software, and tying it all together to the cloud.
As a Digital Marketing Manager in APAC, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple regions, channels, and audience segments, with a strong focus on programmatic media campaigns and hands-on Amazon DSP management. This role will drive comprehensive marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B customer segments, leveraging precision targeting and full-funnel campaign execution to deliver brand awareness, conversion, and revenue growth throughout the APAC region.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across APAC markets, with expertise in programmatic advertising, paid social, and search platforms
- Lead hands-on campaign management in the Amazon DSP
- Own regional budget allocation, optimization, and forecasting across all digital channels
- Build and scale brand awareness and performance marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop localized campaign strategies aligned with product launches and brand campaigns
- Drive continuous optimization through testing, analytics, and performance monitoring
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through various analytics platforms (i.e Amazon Marketing Cloud)
- Partner with creative teams to develop and optimize region-specific assets and messaging
- Lead regional marketing meetings and facilitate collaboration between global and local stakeholders
- Manage relationships with key media partners and vendors in the APAC region

You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Amazon DSP, YouTube, CTV, Audio, DOOH, Google Ads, and Meta, while collaborating with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams across APAC markets to deliver high-impact results. Your work will involve daily campaign optimization, strategic planning for product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing brand-building efforts across digital channels. A typical day might include analyzing performance metrics across different APAC regions, adjusting campaign parameters for optimal results, coordinating with regional teams for localized content deployment, and ensuring budget allocation aligns with market-specific goals.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven, digitally-savvy marketer who thrives in fast-paced, multi-market environments and wants to play a pivotal role in scaling our brand's reach and influence across the APAC region. Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (ie Excel, Tableau)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
