- 4-6 weeks agency contract
- Commencing within in the next 2-4 weeks (ideally as soon as possible)
- Up to $94.58 per hour AM rate plus other shift penalties plus 11.5% superannuation
- Fully furnished accommodation
- Return travel provided from within Australia

To be eligible you must:
- Have full AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- A minimum of 2 years post grad experience in general nursing, preferably with experience in correctional healthcare, emergency care, mental health, or community nursing.
- Experience in managing acute and chronic health conditions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse inmate population, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Have completed all core competencies including an up-to-date police check and WWCC
- Must have full Australian working rights ( i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship)

Business Development Director - Public Safety and Security
The roleAs a part of the Saab Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for our integrated security and surveillance products. Working collaboratively with our civil solutions team you will lead the identification and pursuit of opportunities in the integrated security solutions market with a focus on new business in Corrections, Government, Emergency Services, Health, Education, Defence and private enterprise critical Infrastructure opportunities both domestically and internationally.
Further, the successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate experience in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Saab's offer in the supply of integrated security and surveillance solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager Civil Solutions and the technical sales support personnel.
- Identify customers and conduct assessments of the market and future plans to define business opportunities
- Engage with customer stakeholder groups including security consultants, security sub-system product suppliers, builders, government departments, defence and private enterprise stakeholders on multiple levels, briefing them on Saab products and capabilities in order to identify business opportunities.
- Engage with key stakeholders in order to identify business opportunities for Saab and possible partnerships for the delivery of projects.
- Prepare a market strategy and specific to opportunity capture plans defining the key prospect attributes including customer, scope, timing, budget, Saab role, possible partnering, influencers/stakeholders, competitors, and actions to pre-position/secure the opportunity.
- Meet with customers to demonstrate Saab's capabilities and to establish customer requirements.
- Prepare presentation material and deliver customer sales presentations.
- Preparation of tender responses and pricing.
- Gather market intelligence and provide opportunity assessment within identified area of responsibility.
- Provide customer feedback to the engineering team and Technical Sales Support Engineers to assist in the development of proposal solutions to meet the customer's needs, and Saab's future product development.
Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home may be considered after approval from the manager

About youYour skills and experience will include:
- High-level written and verbal communication skills including the ability to contribute to formal tender responses and present Saab's products and capabilities to audiences including senior managers, technical advisors and consultants.
- Proven ability to form professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders in order to gain trust, understand customer requirements and offer a range of solution options.
- Proven ability to develop strategy and capture plans
- Proven history in sales in Civil Security sectors.
- Demonstrated success in the sale or delivery of integrated security systems with IP based systems or similar system integration projects.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining pipeline and building strong customer base
- Experience in Civil security (Desirable)
As a defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants will be required to hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline/NV1/NV2 level or have the ability to gain one. The position will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with law enforcement agencies, government authorities with an internet safety, frauds & scams, high risk harms mitigation and security focus, and related industry coalitions in the region. They will also support this work on a global scale to help lead and participate in company wide, global workstreams in these areas. The role will also manage tactical responses to events related to the law enforcement community. This is a great opportunity to work on complex and unique issues in an exciting, time-sensitive environment. **Required Skills:**
Law Enforcement Outreach Manager - ANZ Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with law enforcement and government authorities
2. Work closely with internal legal, investigative, policy, integrity and communications teams on engagement with law enforcement authorities about online and Meta Employee safety, key safety areas, security and law enforcement issues
