Position: Skilled Horticultural Worker br>Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation of 11.5 %

Mode: Full Time
Experience: 2-3 years

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Horticultural Worker to join our team and contribute to our year-round production. This position involves various tasks related to the propagation, cultivation, harvest, and processing of crops in a production horticulture environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare growing media and suitable trays, pots, and containers. < r>• ndertake propagation, planting, and pruning operations. < r>• P epare and apply pesticide and weedicide to crops. < r>• U dertake irrigation, fertigation, and fumigation activities. < r>• M intain soil, hydroponic, plant, treatment, and yield records. < r>• U dertake transport and logistics tasks for delivery of sales stock. < r>• O erate horticultural machinery and equipment to clear and cultivate land, sow and harvest crops, process, and pack crops. < r>• E sure relevant equipment and machinery are maintained. < r>Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• P oven experience in horticultural production, preferably in crop cultivation. < r>• S rong knowledge of propagation, pest management, and irrigation systems. < r>• A ility to operate and maintain horticultural machinery and equipment. < r>• E cellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills. < r>• S rong communication and teamwork abilities. < r>• W llingness to work in both indoor facilities and outdoor farm settings. < r>Join our team at DEO NIRMAAN GOLD PTY LTD and contribute to our mission of excellence in horticulture!
