1. Set creative vision and build strategic plans that prioritize the biggest opportunities for business results for both clients and Meta
2. Build crucial relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency - that positions Meta for success with large scale companies
3. Build creative solutions that inspire, influence and drive client action
4. Operationalize creative data, metrics and insights driven approach that identifies the right creative challenges and blockers, tracks progress, and delivers long term sustainable progress
5. Coordinate and align multiple internal cross-functional partnerships that navigate different goals and enable collaborative success
6. Learn fast to quickly decode and deploy emerging experiences at the speed of Meta technology
7. Identify client's creative challenges and developing, deploying and scaling breakthrough ideas and solutions

10. Experience in creative ideas for paid social media: portfolio of social media campaigns required

The Creative Services executive position is within the Sydney based Marketing Team of over 20 people.

The creative services executive co-ordinates creative localisation and services approved assets internally and externally on allocated film campaigns. This role splits films with the 2nd creative services executive position across all Universal Pictures films & will report into the Creative Services Manager.
CREATIVE SERVICING & PRODUCTION
+ Responsible for the briefing & localisation of paid media creative assets (includes Digital and Social AV) on allocated Universal films
+ Co-ordinates the approval & distribution of creative materials to internal stakeholders and external agencies
+ Manages material deadlines & creative localisation timelines on allocated UPI films
+ Provides summary of creative direction and assets available to marketing team
+ Downloads relevant creative assets and uploads to internal sharing platforms
+ Reviews spec sheets and works with Creative team to map the most appropriate content for each placement
+ Works with internal creative resource and external agencies to mock artwork designs
+ Collaborates with internal creative team on presentation designs and mock up's
+ Assist with basic localisation tasks for simple image/video/social edits
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Understanding of ALL Paid media formats and required materials. This includes a thorough knowledge of technical requirements and language related to creative requirements ie. Specs, file formats, file sizes etc
+ Impeccable administration and organisation skills;
+ Strong Windows office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Excellent attention to detail and an a eye for creative layout
+ Strong knowledge of digital media formats and landscape
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Ability to work on own initiative and within team a environment;

+ Tact, discretion and confidentiality;
+ You must have the right to work in Australia i.e have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
+ Creative Agency background and experience is preferred
+ Ability to use design based programs would be favourable (ie. Photoshop, Premiere Pro Video Editing, In Design)
+ A degree in Media Communication or Marketing desirable.

What you’ll do


  • Own the sales process from start to finish, including lead generation, briefings, strategy development, proposal creation, compelling presentations, negotiation and onboarding.
  • Lead comprehensive discovery sessions, gaining a profound understanding of clients' business goals, digital challenges in order to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Create digital marketing solutions that address client/agency needs, leveraging Bench's extensive range of channels, data partners, and products.
  • Overcome objections, utilising your advanced negotiation skills to secure sales opportunities.

What you’ll bring


  • 5+ years of sales experience within digital media, adtech, or a related field.
  • Experience with generating demand, building a strong opportunity pipeline, and ultimately onboarding medium to large brands, leveraging Bench's value proposition and its network of partners to address the unique needs and desires of diverse prospects.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating meetings, pitching to, and closing deals with senior executives and Marketing professionals for medium to large brands
  • Ability to establish a network of decision-makers that can be tapped into to generate a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
  • A thorough understanding of the digital media landscape, with adtech/martech/programmatic experience.
  • Stellar collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively with internal stakeholders and deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • An ability for accurate forecasting and hitting targets, with experience in gap planning and analysis.
