**The Opportunity**
We are seeking casual event team members that can work a flexible roster including weekends and late nights to efficiently prepare, load, deliver, install, and remove event equipment across a range of event sites within Encore's venue network.
To ensure the company's Creative Department, Styling & Design (S&D) equipment and creative events are set to a high standard, applicants should have a good working knowledge of crew installation work and safe work methods for installations and pack downs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor and follow warehouse processes to ensure safe, effective storage and distribution of stock
+ Assist in prepping, loading and unloading event related equipment from our systemised warehouse
+ Liaise with client and staff onsite and ensure 5-star service
+ You will be part of a team that will be responsible for the setup/bump ins, installs and pack down/ bump out of events and activations across our venue network
+ Customer service - ability to uphold a professional demeanor and have excellent listening skills
+ Setting event styling elements including centrepieces, stage backdrops, hanging installations such florals and lights and other manual handling duties
**About You**
+ You are a person who loves working in a small and friendly team delivering incredible world-class events for clients where no one day is the same
+ Have a keen eye for attention to detail
+ Able to work autonomously and within a team environment, whilst maintaining a positive outlook and can-do attitude
+ Have a passion for events and event production
+ Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and late nights as required and able to manage your time accordingly
