This is a rare opportunity to lead the data and AI transformation at a purpose-driven bank. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, the Head of Data Architecture & AI will be the strategic and technical authority for our Azure-native data platform and AI portfolio.
You'll design and govern a modern, secure, and scalable data ecosystem that delivers real-time insights and AI-powered member experiences. With three direct reports and strong executive sponsorship, this role is pivotal in shaping the future of data at TMBL.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of a secure, scalable Azure data platform (Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks/Fabric)
- Develop and execute the AI strategy, including GenAI and MLOps initiatives
- Embed robust data governance, privacy, and APRA CPS 234/235 compliance
- Provide architectural oversight and ensure solution quality, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Partner with Microsoft and strategic vendors to deliver value-driven outcomes
- Represent the bank in industry forums and assess emerging AI trends
- Drive innovation through Generative AI projects that solve complex challenges

Skills and experience
Essential:
- 10+ years in Azure Cloud Architecture, 5+ years leading AI/ML projects
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (or equivalent experience)
- Strong Python, SQL, Spark, CI/CD and MLOps skills
- Proven experience in data modelling, integration, and governance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, risk, and compliance in financial services
- Experience leading high-performing technical teams in agile environments
Desired:
- Master's in Data Science or MBA
- AI/ML certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, TensorFlow)
- Experience with Data Mesh, Kafka, Power BI governance, GenAI prompt engineering

The project will deliver critical enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and associated NMI Services Portal (NMISP) as part of NMI’s broader digital strategy.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare and own the end-to-end test strategy for Data Warehouse programs
+ Liaison with BSA to understand the requirements
+ Create / update the Requirements traceability matrix with test scenarios.
+ Create/Modify the SQL test scripts as per the ETL mapping documents and technical specifications & Requirements.
+ Run the jobs and perform smoke testing
+ Record and maintain testing evidence and track execution status of assigned test cases.
+ Analyze test results and defect data to identify trends and root causes.
+ Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python libraries) to present testing metrics and KPIs.
+ Develop predictive models to forecast defect density, test coverage gaps, and release readiness.

We are seeking a technically capable and motivated IT Architect to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data centre and infrastructure solutions across a diverse regional environment. As part of a collaborative APAC team, this role contributes to the delivery of secure, reliable, and efficient IT services across multiple L3Harris subsidiaries.
The successful candidate will act as a technical contact on infrastructure-related projects, working closely with peers, stakeholders, vendors, subject matter experts within and beyond the Asia Pacific region, and service owners to ensure solutions meet operational requirements and compliance standards.
