**QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
+ Formal sales training
+ 7+ years of experience in strategic sales or business development roles
+ Experience and proven commercial track record in the ANZ Data Centre market
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
+ Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
+ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
+ Experience in building automation solutions preferred but not essential

**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Experience with assembly of mechanical or electrical systems, or performing component-level repairs and troubleshooting on technical equipment.
+ Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer hardware and server hardware.

The Systems Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of client ICT Service Desk environments, helping to maintain system performance and reliability. Working under the guidance of senior administrators and the Service Desk Manager, this role provides first and second-level support for incidents, service requests, and scheduled maintenance tasks.

Service Operations

The Systems Administrator will perform in-depth troubleshooting, escalate i ncidents as appropriate , and work collaboratively with other technical teams to resolve complex issues. This role requires a proactive approach to system monitoring, patching, and documentation, along with the ability to support scheduled changes and respond to incidents both during and outside of business hours , as required .
