+ Work closely with marketing, offering management, and local sales teams to ensure that all sales efforts are aligned with customer needs, market trends, and Honeywell's full suite of BA offerings (BMS, Security, Fire, etc.).
+ Collaborate with the regional Marketing team to develop and promote content and campaigns that create awareness and demand for Honeywell's BA products
+ Develop and expand demand generation activities with strategic partners and distributors that have a complementary focus on BA solutions, driving mutual business growth.
**QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
+ Formal sales training
+ 7+ years of experience in strategic sales or business development roles
+ Experience and proven commercial track record in the ANZ Data Centre market
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
+ Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
+ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
+ Experience in building automation solutions preferred but not essential

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the support, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of client ICT Service Desk environments, ensuring high availability and performance across systems and services. + Provide day-to-day administration and support of client systems, servers, and infrastructure .
+ Monitor system health, capacity , and performance using appropriate tools and dashboards .
+ Respond to and resolve escalated service requests and incidents in a timely matter and in accordance with SHIs .
+ Admini ster Service Desks across several government networks with varying sizes and classifications .

As a CBRE Shift Data Center Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of our critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a data center operation, ensuring the seamless operation of critical systems.
