We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the newly formed ANZ Compute and Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure (CAI) team. In this role you will be responsible for developing technical relationships with our NSW Enterprise customers; your ultimate aim: to become a trusted advisor who not only consults on technical design and architectures but influences technology transformation decisions and direction.
As a Cloud and AI Infrastructure Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with various account teams to discover, define, develop and design Compute and AI Infrastructure solutions to meet customer's business needs. You will help them position data center virtualization and systems architecture solutions effectively against competing offerings. You will be passionate about presales engineering activities, demonstrating solutions and architectures in Cloud and AI infrastructure. As a bonus, you will work with outstanding people in product development and collaborate with peers to teach and enable the greater ANZ presales organisation. You will need to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of technical presales experience selling Compute, Storage and Data Centre Switching.
+ Deep understanding of Data Centre network and Compute architectural designs.
+ Deep knowledge of Data Centre enterprise applications, virtualisation technologies and operational toolsets.
+ Excellent presentation skills - ability to deliver engaging workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
+ Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP or CCIE)
+ Knowledge of Cisco Nexus, ACI and UCS solutions.
+ Understanding of AI architectures and infrastructure products.
+ Experience designing Converged infrastructure and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

We are seeking a technically capable and motivated IT Architect to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data centre and infrastructure solutions across a diverse regional environment. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you will solve infrastructure challenges, contribute to service resilience, and enable secure, high-availability operations, while also mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and driving continuous improvement.
You will work across traditional data centre technologies and modern cloud-native services, supporting virtualisation, storage, networking, databases, and cloud orchestration layers. You'll also contribute to secure-by-design operating models and enterprise tooling, helping to shape how infrastructure is maintained, optimised, and evolved to meet future demands.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide advanced support across hybrid platforms, including Windows/Linux servers, virtualisation technologies, cloud platforms, enterprise databases, and enterprise backup solutions.
+ Manage and optimise on-premises infrastructure components such as server compute, storage, and networking services and infrastructure.
+ Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates to support secure, repeatable deployments.
+ Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure service reliability and operational resilience.
+ Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, maintain operational documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise Windows Server and Linux environments, including patching, system hardening, and configuration management.
+ Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure services (AWS and/or Azure), with practical experience in deploying and managing cloud-native workloads.
+ Solid understanding of on-premise infrastructure including compute, storage, and networking fundamentals.
+ Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, Python) to support automation and diagnostics.
+ A collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving, with strong documentation and communication skills and a passion for mentoring and team development.
