You will join the experienced delivery team working in the development, deployment and support of a MMEW system to the ADF consisting of complex hardware and software solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop project configuration and data management plans and processes in line with ASDEFCON requirements
+ Manage project related tools, information systems, and bills of materials
+ Manage and maintain the program's design data, technical baselines, engineering changes and approved configuration.
+ Facilitate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and manage/track the outputs and changes - e.g. Engineering Change Proposals (ECP)
+ Prepare and participate in product technical design reviews and audits as required.
+ Capture Configuration Status Account Information (CSA)
+ Ensure integrity of the data set/configuration environment via regular audits
+ Maintain the necessary controls for the security, export control and intellectual property of technical data.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
+ Configuration management in an ASDEFCON environment
+ Familiarity and understanding of industry configuration management standards
+ Ability to effectively communicate with personnel within the program on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreement.

The project will deliver critical enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and associated NMI Services Portal (NMISP) as part of NMI’s broader digital strategy.

We are seeking a technically capable and motivated IT Architect to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data centre and infrastructure solutions across a diverse regional environment. As part of a collaborative APAC team, this role contributes to the delivery of secure, reliable, and efficient IT services across multiple L3Harris subsidiaries.
The successful candidate will act as a technical contact on infrastructure-related projects, working closely with peers, stakeholders, vendors, subject matter experts within and beyond the Asia Pacific region, and service owners to ensure solutions meet operational requirements and compliance standards. The role also includes occasional customer support, particularly in escalated or high-impact scenarios.
An understanding of defence-grade security requirements is desirable, along with experience supporting audit activities such as Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
Australian citizenship is essential, along with eligibility to obtain an Australian Defence security clearance. Where a clearance is not already held, an application is preferably required prior to commencement of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in the design and delivery of infrastructure solutions across data centre environments.

Qualifications and Skills:

+ Familiarity with server hardware, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix), and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, macOS).
+ Understanding of network architecture including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies.
+ Exposure to enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), backup solutions (Cohesity, Veeam), and data replication.
+ Knowledge of security frameworks and tools relevant to regulated or classified environments.
+ Experience supporting audits and compliance activities, including DRP.
+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
