**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Clinical Data Management** : Handle global study datasets, ensure secure access, maintain data quality, and coordinate corrections.

+ **Documentation & Scientific Contributions** : Assist with research proposals, contracts, literature reviews, and scientific outputs.

**What you bring to Takeda:**

+ Identify and implement efficiency opportunities across technical systems, operational workflows, and resource deployment to enhance performance, reduce costs, and support scalable data center operations.
+ Leverage local subject matter expert's tribal knowledge, spread adoption of best practices
+ Act on opportunities to increase agility, and contribute to workstreams to evolve processes, services, and solutions for Operations and Service Level Agreements for CO+I
+ Coordinate closely with datacenter field operations to foster alignment and partnerships for business success

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; OR trade certification combined with practical industry experience OR 5+ years industry experience and college course work
**Background Check Requirements:**

We are looking for a Data Center Security Specialist to join our expanding Non-Traditional Environments Control Center team. The Data Center Security Specialist role may encompass oversight of contract employee deliverables and collaboration with NTE Edge Security Managers in order to devise security strategies, achieve financial targets, and to improve the overall operational security within our Data Centers. They will report to the NTE Security Ops Regional Mgr.
This position will be based in a control room environment and following a shift rotation schedule (7am - 7pm).
Key job responsibilities
- Interface with and assist in mobilizing vendors involved in system repairs
- Provide access control management support to - internal and external customers.
- Observe and report physical security system anomalies.
- Observe and report security incidents and policy breaches.
- Coordinate the activities of a professional contract guard force
- Oversee individual security vendor deliverables, track service delivery and request corrective actions from vendors as needed
- Foster working relationships to educate Edge/NTE stakeholders on false alarm reductions
- Extract metrics and observe improvements by looking at and analyzing data
- Verify Data Center security programs are delivered to meet defined global security standards
- Develop strategies for improving electronic surveillance and access controls
- Draft reports and prepare presentations on the status of physical security operations
- Collaborate with security managers in writing and implementing security processes and procedures
- Serve as a customer advocate by identifying security-related opportunities and crafting innovative solutions that maintain security standards
