+ Proven experience managing enterprise-grade Microsoft SQL Server environments with deep knowledge of the SQL Server engine.
+ Strong background in virtualisation, Windows clustering, and related platform technologies.
+ Hands-on experience with high availability and disaster recovery setups like Always On, clustering, and log shipping.
+ Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to automate installations, patching, and health checks.
+ Solid understanding of backup strategies and data recovery processes to ensure business continuity.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle DBA, with at least 2 years focused on database migrations and cloud technologies. Oracle DBA Certification and OCI Architect Certification are highly desirable. Oracle Database and Cloud Infrastructure Migration Experience Demonstrated experience in migrating Oracle databases to newer versions and to cloud environments, preferably OCI.Cloud Proficiency Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and familiarity with cloud services, tools, and best practices.Technical Skills Strong understanding of database architecture, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle RAC.
