Join SWSLHD as a Data analyst reporting officer in Intensive Care and play a vital role in enhancing patient care through high-quality data collection, integration, and reporting. You report to Director of Intensive care and collaborate closely with ICU clinicians, medical staff, nursing staff, and other researchers. What You'll Be Doing
The primary purpose of the Data Analyst and Reporting Officer for Intensive Care is to ensure accurate, high-quality data collection, integration, and reporting to support clinical care, quality improvement, education, research, and strategic planning, while promoting professional conduct, interdepartmental collaboration, and adherence to safety and ethical standards within the ICU environment.

- Previous Experience or relevant work experience in data management.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy including a high level of experience in data entry and Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, experience in data collection and analysis e.g. SPSS, ANZICS data base.
- Demonstrated initiative and capacity to work independently in completing administrative tasks.
- Proven ability to monitor, maintain, and report on existing data sets.
- Willingness to be involved in Quality Improvement activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Knowledge of Cerner PAS or willingness to learn.
