**What we need from you**
The ideal candidate will have
+ 2 to 3 years previous culinary experience (experience in a hotel or restaurant environment highly desirable)
+ Grill experience an advantage
+ You will have your commercial cookery certification
+ Experience with a food safety system such as HACCAP desirable
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Attention to detail
+ Enthusiasm to learn new things
+ A can do attitude
