As a Digital Marketing Manager in APAC, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple regions, channels, and audience segments, with a strong focus on programmatic media campaigns and hands-on Amazon DSP management. This role will drive comprehensive marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B customer segments, leveraging precision targeting and full-funnel campaign execution to deliver brand awareness, conversion, and revenue growth throughout the APAC region.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across APAC markets, with expertise in programmatic advertising, paid social, and search platforms
- Lead hands-on campaign management in the Amazon DSP
- Own regional budget allocation, optimization, and forecasting across all digital channels
- Build and scale brand awareness and performance marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop localized campaign strategies aligned with product launches and brand campaigns
- Drive continuous optimization through testing, analytics, and performance monitoring
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through various analytics platforms (i.e Amazon Marketing Cloud)

A day in the life
You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Amazon DSP, YouTube, CTV, Audio, DOOH, Google Ads, and Meta, while collaborating with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams across APAC markets to deliver high-impact results. Your work will involve daily campaign optimization, strategic planning for product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing brand-building efforts across digital channels. A typical day might include analyzing performance metrics across different APAC regions, adjusting campaign parameters for optimal results, coordinating with regional teams for localized content deployment, and ensuring budget allocation aligns with market-specific goals.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven, digitally-savvy marketer who thrives in fast-paced, multi-market environments and wants to play a pivotal role in scaling our brand's reach and influence across the APAC region. The team is highly results oriented, and at its core, focuses on driving efficiencies and delivering against our sales and revenue goals.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

**Responsibilities**
+ Be the security leader and expert for your assigned territory. Leads and plans for accounts across territories, does business analysis to pursue high-potential sales opportunities and manages the End-to-End Security business across the territory.
+ Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
+ Build, own and manage CISO and other key C-stakeholders' relationships in your accounts driving awareness and excitement for Microsoft security platform value and influence long term strategic direction. Understand customer budget, timeline, buying process and map out the key customer stakeholders.
+ Understand customer cloud and security initiatives, compete landscape as well as gaps between current and desired security posture. Capture the opportunity of customers' journey to balance the need for security and employee productivity with the right process and visibility.
+ Demo and whiteboard the cloud security solutions and the relevant security architecture. Lead and orchestrate V-Team to drive an end-to-end value selling from discovery to demonstrating and proving business value.
+ Engage security partners to help scale and accelerate the sales cycle while also ensuring a deployment plan is in place for accelerated deployment with partner added value services.
+ Perform ROI and TCO analysis and leverage various commercial offers and programs to build a compelling business case accelerating negotiations and deal closure. Drive to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets and other sales goals.
+ Manage sales hygiene via accurate forecasting and deal updates within sales CRM.

As a Digital Solution Area Specialist - Azure Infra in the Small Business Segment (SMB), you will be a trusted technical advisor to our customers, driving Azure adoption and consumption. You will lead technical engagements, design scalable cloud solutions, and guide customers through their digital transformation journey using Microsoft Azure.

**Segment and Success Metrics:**
+ This role is part of Microsoft's Small, Medium, Enterprise & Corporate (SME&C) segment, working primarily with digital natives, enterprises, and small businesses that maintain a direct relationship with Microsoft directly covering SMB Accounts.
+ Success is measured by net-new revenue contribution; workload adoption and expansion across the assigned portfolio.
**Territory and Opportunity Management:**
+ Digital Solution Area Specialists are aligned to a defined set of accounts and are responsible for identifying net-new project opportunities, accelerating existing engagements, and driving solution-based outcomes within this portfolio in partnership with Digital Cloud Solution Architects that own these accounts.
**Sales Execution**
+ Engages in conversations with customers to introduce how other Azure workloads could enable digital transformation areas that is aligned with the customer's industry and turns opportunities into deals. Has a deep understanding of customers' business and its priorities to drive conversations with customers on digital transformation across multiple Azure workloads, in collaboration with partners and services. Creates guiding examples of digital transformation through seminars, workshops, Webinars, and direct engagement.
+ Collaborate with team members to discover new opportunities. Drives incremental revenue growth through personal campaigns. Connect with other (DCSA members) (e.g., portfolio analysis) or internal sources (e.g., marketing, account teams). Collaborate with account teams, partners, or services to track, qualify, and expand new opportunities. Collaborates with other teams (e.g., account teams) and services to build pipeline. Interfaces with customers and builds relationships via social selling. Applies Microsoft's sales process (MSP) to determine the quality of the opportunity and whether to proceed.
**Scaling and Collaboration**
+ Applies the orchestration model to proactively drive deal closure by identifying and aligning internal stakeholders and leveraging and expanding relationships with partners.
**Technical Expertise**
+ Collaborates with the "compete" global black belts (GBBs) to analyze competitor products, solutions, and/or services and implements strategies to position Microsoft against competitors in customer communication. Proactively provides analysis of the competitive landscape in supported solution area. Evaluates opportunities and makes recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal.
**Sales Excellence**
+ Collaborates with stakeholders and resources and leverages customer insights or industry knowledge. Contributes to exploring business and emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio and support customer innovation.
+ Reviews feedback report and coaches others on ensuring customer/partner satisfaction and decreasing dissatisfaction by establishing recovery action plans to improve clients' overall experience. Manages and/or orchestrates sales and delivery success through the account team and pursuit team.

**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
+ 5+ years of experience selling business solutions to customers with a focus on Cloud Native, AI, or Data platform, Security and analytics.
