**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ A bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Management or other related field would be advantageous
+ 10+ years' experience in a team leadership role necessary
+ Experience working in Projects operations, financial processes and general management
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
+ Manage key interdependencies between own projects and other external factors and escalate the issues early
+ Excellent verbal, written influencing and presentation skills
+ Ability to embrace change and guide the team through periods of change in a positive and proactive way
+ Driven and experience of leading a high performing team
+ Can take ownership of all facets and requirements of the role.
+ Analytical and great problem-solving skills
+ Strong time management skills

+ Support project coordination by helping track tasks, timelines, and milestones
+ Assist with planning by contributing to schedules and documentation under guidance
+ Join customer meetings to observe and learn how to manage delivery and communication
+ Collaborate with teams across engineering, consulting, and sales to keep projects moving
+ Help monitor risks and raise concerns when things go off track
+ Learn about Rocket's delivery approach and build your understanding of our products and customers
+ Contribute to reporting and help maintain visibility to project progress
+ Use project management tools to track tasks, milestones, and risks
+ Support small projects like upgrades or migrations as you grow in confidence.

**Who You Are:**

REPORTS TO: Business Development Manager, Hotel Manager

Detailed Responsibilities include:

• Day to Day management of social media platforms ensuring EVENT brand standards are met

• Attract, engage and qualify Influencers and Bloggers to feature the hotel repost quantified content

• Assist in and attending client events and trade shows as required

• Be the Workplace Champion for the hotel ensuring brand standards are staff engagement is achieved

• Source and contribute ideas to support the companies’ goals and values.

• Engage with Head of Departments to compile the Hotel Staff Monthly Newsletter

• Source, Create and Promote Hotel campaigns, F&B, EVENTS and accommodation promotions via various online platforms

(example, Spice News, Nibbler, Event connect) via Print, Film, Radio, Media Channels and thru Internal Marketing and displays

throughout the hotel.

• Updating online content on rydges.com and third party sites as required

• Qualitative reporting of social media and online content platforms (brand.com & hosted restaurant or conference sites)

• Follow and adhere to the Brand Standards associated with Print and Signage throughout the hotel

• Manage the marketing and content of the hotels IPTV system

• Manage the marketing and content of the hotels Digital Signage system

• Manage the marketing and content of the hotels WIFI system

• Create in house marketing pieces using CANVA or equivalent

• Ensure all hotel brochures and collateral are up to date and meet brand standard

• Liaise, promote and engage in all aspects of the hotel with the SYD Airport community via various means including but not

limited to a monthly newsletters and portals.

• Updating online content, images and promotions on brand.com and TPI/ OTA websites ensuring scores and rankings are

achieved weekly.

• Liaising with the media and contacts for photo shoots, editorials, advertisements

• Handling of sponsorships, prizes, donations and promotion of gift cards

• Co-ordination and source marketing and advertising opportunities in line with monthly budgets

• Implementation of marketing strategy, action plan and calendar for Rydges Sydney Airport under the direction of Hotel Manager,

General Manager and EVENTS Social Marketing Manager at Head Office

• Assist the sales team with liaising with travel and corporate account managers to promote the Hotel

• Conducting telemarketing sales calls to incumbent and new clients

• Conducting site inspections of the hotel as required

• Maintaining current client relationships and develop new clients

• Maintain and update client data base

• Assisting in administrative duties such as client contracts, quoting as required via the IVVY system

• Coordinate database management internally and with Rydges corporate office.

• Coordinate database management internally request and distribution of EDMs via head office as required

• Compiling both weekly and monthly Sales & Marketing Reports (Social Media and Google Analytics reporting)

• Any additional tasks as directed by Director of Sales and Marketing, Hotel Manager.

Amazon Construction Project Managers (CPMs) are always at the forefront of the construction industry in terms of innovation, and maintain a focus to deliver the most innovative products to our customers. Our data centers are industry leading facilities in terms of energy efficiency and cost effectiveness. The Data Center CPM is ultimately responsible for the day to day construction oversight and management of the contractors. The CPM will also be utilized as a leader in their specific discipline (construction management, building services, architectural, electrical or mechanical engineering) and shall be responsible as a team member for delivering construction of some of the most sophisticated electrical and mechanical systems in the world.

Daily responsibilities will include all aspects of the entire data center lifecycle construction starting with the site feasibility, through the procurement of the design teams and design review, daily construction oversight, and commissioning of completed facilities.
Key job responsibilities
- Project management and oversight of construction related activities for new builds or general capital projects. This will include the ownership of the project scope, timeline, and budgets.
- Driving costs down and schedules shorter while maintaining quality.
- Provide Construction Management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centers.
- Review of constructability of electrical and mechanical system and building designs associated with the construction of new data centers or the optimization of existing data centers.
- Creation of project scope and equipment requirements, assist with request for proposals, and capital requests. - Total project quality including the assisting with commissioning and integrated system testing and oversight of the execution of the project.
- Issue/Manage the Request for Information process during construction and coordinate construction administration with engineers
- Recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management.
- Concurrently managing multiple projects including new data center building and capital improvement projects associated with existing data centers.
- Operational support of installed facilities including review of procedures, best practices, and maintenance initiatives.
- Be a leader within the group as well as within internal and external teams that support the data center.
- Travel to datacenter sites for electrical systems audits, mechanical system reviews, constructability reviews, startup testing, and full commissioning, as required.
Hold or be able to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance (see day in the life
AWS Construction Managers lead the delivery of our Data Center projects. They work closely with Internal Stakeholders and Contractors, resolving project issues, managing RFIs, Change Orders and other key delivery functions. Our CMs spend the majority of the week on site working closely with our vendors to drive project outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ Years of work experience in design and construction management experience
- Experience in program management in mission critical facilities
- Experience in reading and interpreting construction related drawings for all disciplines
- Experience in carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment/mass production.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in mission critical projects (data centres, semi-conductor, hospitals, oil and gas)
- Knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations including Fire Codes, Building Codes, Energy Efficiency Codes, Sanitary Codes and Safety Codes.
- Previous vendor and contractor/subcontractor negotiation and management skills associated with construction and project execution.
- Experience in mechanical and electrical systems
