About the Role
The ANZ Customer Experience Team is dedicated to delivering seamless and impactful customer experiences through considered policy development and enhancement, product launches, automation, and strategic initiatives.
We are seeking a data-driven professional with a passion for analytics and customer insights. In this role, you will analyse customer data, surface meaningful insights, and design experiments to enhance the end-to-end customer journey. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, supporting data-informed decision-making across the business.
Your Impact in Role
Drive and manage CX programs – Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of customer experience initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered on time, aligned to objectives, and effectively communicated across teams.
Identify opportunities for improvement – Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover and diagnose the root causes of challenges affecting customer experience.
Test and implement solutions – Work cross-functionally to design, test, and implement scalable initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
Leverage data for insight – Confidently query and interpret data at the appropriate level of detail, partnering with analytics experts across the organisation to drive evidence-based improvements.
Engage stakeholders effectively – Act as a strong cross-functional partner by clearly articulating recommendations, trade-offs, and implications of customer experience initiatives.
Own BAU work streams – Own and maintain regular reporting processes (e.g. dashboards, performance tracking), ensuring stakeholders have timely and reliable access to customer experience metrics and trends.

+ Use engineering and support tools, customer telemetry and/or direct customer input to detect and flag trends/patterns of issues in the products or products misuse across customers. Develop and share insights and best practices with customers.
+ Recommend and help develop training/readiness modules (e.g., mentoring, leading triages, content creation, brown bag sessions, blogs, quality assurance checks). Acts as a mentor, shares knowledge, and contributes to the content and readiness strategy for the team.

As a Digital Marketing Manager in APAC, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple regions, channels, and audience segments, with a strong focus on programmatic media campaigns and hands-on Amazon DSP management. This role will drive comprehensive marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B customer segments, leveraging precision targeting and full-funnel campaign execution to deliver brand awareness, conversion, and revenue growth throughout the APAC region.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across APAC markets, with expertise in programmatic advertising, paid social, and search platforms
- Lead hands-on campaign management in the Amazon DSP
- Own regional budget allocation, optimization, and forecasting across all digital channels
- Build and scale brand awareness and performance marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C segments

**About our roles**
We currently have two newly created opportunities for experienced Online Sales Managers to join our team at Simplot, one supporting Coles Online, and the other supporting Woolworths Online. These roles are designed to lead and grow our eCommerce partnerships, ensuring the delivery of commercial targets and digital shelf excellence.
Both positions are permanent, full-time and based at our Chifley Park office in Mentone, reporting directly to the Account Directors for Coles and Woolworths. You will be responsible for developing and executing the online strategy, leveraging data and insights to optimise performance, enhance customer experience, and increase market share in the digital retail space.
**What you will do**
+ Own the development and execution of the Coles or Woolworths Online strategy roadmap and contribute to the online strategy within relevant category Joint Business Plans (JBP).
+ Lead execution of Coles CFC (Customer Fulfilment Centre) or platform in collaboration with National Account Managers (NAMs).
+ Align eCommerce strategy with customer, category, and brand plans.
+ Develop and own the online activation calendar in conjunction with Coles 360 or Woolworths Activation Manager and NAMs.
+ Forecast and manage online sales performance and explore opportunities to grow online sales revenue and customer penetration.
+ Build strong relationships with Coles or Woolworths Online stakeholders across all relevant platforms.
+ Lead online discussion and strategy in both internal and external forums.
+ Manage digital shelf presence, availability, and promotional execution.
+ Manage and report on Citrus budget and ROI for each category, ensuring compliance with customer operational requirements.
+ Lead the online investment strategy and execution to deliver effective search and engagement with Simplot products.
**About you**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
+ Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail, ideally within FMCG, retail, supplier, or agency environments.
+ Prior experience working with or within Coles or Woolworths, with a strong understanding of how these retailers operate.
+ Understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and tools (e.g. CitrusAd, Coles 360, Cartology).
+ Ability to manage budgets, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
