Best Brakes are currently seeking an E-commerce sales assistant to join our small team in a casual, three to four days a week Role. Hours for this role may be flexible for the right person.
The Role
Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries.
Providing quotes, converting to sales and inputting orders into Myob
Maintain website and run online sales.
Maintaining website content.
Corresponding with clients and maintaining customer relationships.
Content creation and scheduling for social media posts.
Stock inventory control
Other admin duties as required.
About you
The ideal candidate will have the confidence to drive promotions and manage brand awareness.
You’ll have the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, maintain customer relationships and make a positive impact. Exceptional customer service skills.
Highly proactive and efficient, able to multi-task to achieve results.
Experience with MS Office - High level of skill using Excel is a must.
Experience using Myob, but not essential.
Knowledge of word press would be advantageous.
Positive attitude, a team player.
Impeccable attention to detail, ability to work efficiently unsupervised.
Excellent Communication Skills, Inter-Personal Skills and Computer Skills
Background in automotive would be beneficial.
