Based at our Sydney Head office, this role will be responsible for improving customer conversion on Tiffany.com through data-driven merchandising, personalization, retargeting tactics, as well as testing & optimization, working closely with Brand Marketing, Client Care, and Global partners to ensure all Tiffany.com initiatives put the customer experience first, drive sales, build brand equity and enable seamless shopping experiences.
You will also lead the performance marketing strategy for the ANZ market, managing budgets across paid search and digital media to drive qualified traffic, improve ROI and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence online.
+ Manage website conversion strategies to maximize online and in-store purchases, influencing consumer browsing behavior on Tiffany.com.
+ Plan, implement, and monitor merchandising programs using product data analysis to drive sales and build brand equity through optimized website content.
+ Oversee the personalization plan, including the online product recommendation engine, in collaboration with the Global Omni-channel team.
+ Analyze product, price point, and collection trends to maximize consumer demand, drive conversion, and ensure optimal fulfillment levels.
+ Manage and optimize online client service features like chat and messaging to create seamless shopping experiences.
+ Define and manage the ANZ performance marketing strategy and budget (search, media, retargeting) to drive qualified traffic and conversion.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance digital environment.
+ Good understanding of omni-channel customer management across website, and in store.
+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for testing and optimizing.
+ Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and an ability to build effective relationships.
+ Great business acumen and strong analytical and project management skills.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.

**The Job**
As an **e-Commerce Key Account Manager** , you will manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, from product launches and promotional planning to forecasting and reporting. You'll partner with marketing, brand, and product teams to deliver commercial plans that grow our online business.

As a Digital Marketing Manager in APAC, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple regions, channels, and audience segments, with a strong focus on programmatic media campaigns and hands-on Amazon DSP management. This role will drive comprehensive marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B customer segments, leveraging precision targeting and full-funnel campaign execution to deliver brand awareness, conversion, and revenue growth throughout the APAC region.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across APAC markets, with expertise in programmatic advertising, paid social, and search platforms
- Lead hands-on campaign management in the Amazon DSP
- Own regional budget allocation, optimization, and forecasting across all digital channels
- Build and scale brand awareness and performance marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop localized campaign strategies aligned with product launches and brand campaigns

Our customers consist of end users as well as small businesses and internet service providers, spanning B2C, B2B and B2B2C. The team is highly results oriented, and at its core, focuses on driving efficiencies and delivering against our sales and revenue goals.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (ie Excel, Tableau)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
