**The role:**
The Project Manager is responsible for the co-ordination and follow through to completion of all aspects of projects and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and lead a program of BMS Controls and Electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
+ Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, develop project scopes, and define deliverables.
+ Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and successful delivery.
+ Prepare project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates.
+ Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
+ Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Manage project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and change orders.
+ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of required equipment and materials.
+ Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to project requirements and client expectations.
+ Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during the project.
+ Ability to create Safety Plans and SWMS as required for projects including monitoring the team to ensure they are being upheld.
**Requirements:**
+ Extensive experience in Building Services Management.
+ Proven Experience within a similar role as a Project Manager within the HVAC/BMS Industry.
+ Develop and deliver margin improvement strategies.
+ Ability to develop and implement budgets.
+ Strong leadership and management skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.

# Job Summary:
The CSU Electrical Engineer is responsible for Planning and conducting work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, guidelines, procedures, and criteria. Devising new approaches to startup, maintenance, operation, or testing. Ensuring scope of the associated electrical work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with the project safety standards, the project quality standards and the design/specifications as well as performing general functions inherent in all supervisory field positions.
**Major ?Responsibilities:**
+ Ensures that Bechtel and local/national safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied with within assigned area of responsibility. Ensures the Zero Accident Philosophy is incorporated into every aspect of Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning /Start up activities. Actively participates in safety programs.
+ Receives operational surveillance, administrative supervision and technical guidance from an CSU Electrical Lead or Pre-Commissioning Manager . Objectives are defined, and results are subject to supervisory review. Receives day-to-day supervision from CSU Electrical Lead.
+ Establishes and maintains contacts with client, supplier, regulatory bodies, project management, engineering, and field personnel. Represents startup on project teams as assigned.
+ Prepares project administrative and technical documents as required for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, startup, maintenance, operation, and/or testing.
+ Establishes and implements plans, instructions, procedures and work process improvements to ensure the safe, timely and economical delivery of Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning / Start up activities to meet project requirements.
+ Integrates interdisciplinary schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties. Works with the contractors and others to coordinate work sequences with the total project plan.
+ Ensure permanent plant materials are stored in accordance with specifications and project requirements. Responsible for testing of electrical system(s) as per Manufacturer's and legislative requirements.

# Job Summary:
As Craft Supervisor - Electrical, you will lead a team and supervise craft professionals on the project. You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Your oversight will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets. This is a FIFO role working 3:1 roster based in Karratha, WA.
# Major Responsibilities:
**Leadership / Supervision (Discipline Supervision)**
+ Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned.
+ Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft.
**Planning / Productivity**
+ Determines workforce requirements.
+ Coordinates established area operational plans.
**Tools, Materials & Equipment**
+ Monitors tool and equipment usage on the site.
+ Oversees the preparation of Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive.
**Safety & Quality**
+ Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
+ Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors' performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budgets.
**Technical**
+ Works with Construction Field Engineers, Leading Hands, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents
+ Oversees engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires WA electrical license and 6-8 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role, in a heavy industrial environment.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Experience in permit preparation and Lock Out/Tag Out is essential
+ Knowledge of temporary power systems, generators and AS3012 Previous experience in Oil and Gas an advantage
+ Experience in managing a direct hire work force Commercial awareness essential Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.

# Job Summary:
As Craft Supervisor - Electrical, you will lead a team and supervise craft professionals on the project. You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Your oversight will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets. This is a FIFO role working 3:1 roster based in Karratha, WA.
# Major Responsibilities:
**Leadership / Supervision (Discipline Supervision)**
+ Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned.
+ Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft.
**Planning / Productivity**
+ Determines workforce requirements.
+ Coordinates established area operational plans.
**Tools, Materials & Equipment**
+ Monitors tool and equipment usage on the site.
+ Oversees the preparation of Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive.
**Safety & Quality**
+ Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
+ Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors' performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budgets.
**Technical**
+ Works with Construction Field Engineers, Leading Hands, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents
+ Oversees engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires WA electrical license and 6-8 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role, in a heavy industrial environment.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Experience in permit preparation and Lock Out/Tag Out is essential
+ Knowledge of temporary power systems, generators and AS3012 Previous experience in Oil and Gas an advantage
+ Experience in managing a direct hire work force Commercial awareness essential Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.
# Additional Information
This position has responsibilities that include exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions, which may include: extensive walking in and around an active construction and/or operations site, climbing ladders, working at heights from work platforms including scaffolding, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), use of personal fall arrest equipment, walking and working on uneven surfaces, working in constricted and/or confined spaces, variable work shifts (e.g., day, night, weekends, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, etc.), and work in inclement weather. Some lifting may be required. Candidate must be able to use standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. respirator, harness, life vest, hearing protection, etc.). The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site.
