Join the Medical division as Regional Marketing Manager for our Emergency Care product group.
As Regional Marketing Manager you manage the four marketers who support our APAC markets, covering eight countries. You will drive the strategic vision, whilst helping the team deliver. You set the direction for a market-leading portfolio across a complex and diverse region. You won't just execute someone else's vision - you'll create your own, with the support of a high-performing global team.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
+ Develop and lead the APAC Emergency Care marketing strategy - including market positioning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution
+ Drive commercial performance - owning regional outcomes and making decisions rooted in strong business acumen
+ Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team
+ Partner closely with country leaders, sales, medical education, and KOLs to drive adoption and growth
+ Lead a high performing team of 4 that will own product lifecycle management including pricing, segmentation, and new product introductions
+ Manage budgets, track performance, and deliver measurable business results
+ Utilise your 5+ years of marketing management experience and proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact.
