In this role, you will lead a high-performance team to develop and manage complex Environmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) project programs. You will assist functional leads to ensure requirements are properly integrated and be responsible for overall project ES&H execution. # Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires a Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Engineering, or a related field (or international equivalent) related to environmental, safety, health or science-related discipline and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
+ White Card mandatory for all construction sites
+ Lead Auditor certification is highly regarded
+ Knowledge of CASA regulations and Drug and Alcohol Management Plans (DAMPs) is essential
+ ICAM or TapRoot Certificate preferred.

As a **Health & Clinical Management Consultant (Consulting Principal)** , you will make an impact by leading strategic engagements and shaping digital health solutions that improve clinical outcomes and patient experiences. You will be a valued member of our **Public Sector & Health Consulting team** , working collaboratively with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients across the public and private healthcare sectors.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements across hospitals, government health departments, and private health providers.
+ Apply clinical expertise to inform solution design, product development, and transformation initiatives.
+ Drive product strategy and lifecycle management for digital health solutions, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and regulatory frameworks.
+ Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
+ Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
**Work model**

**What you must have to be considered**
+ Strong consulting experience, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm or health-focused consultancy.
+ Clinical background (e.g., medicine, nursing, allied health) with experience in clinical practice or clinical operations.
+ Proven experience in health product management, including strategy, design, and delivery of digital health solutions.
+ Deep understanding of the Australian healthcare ecosystem, including public and private health systems, funding models, and regulatory frameworks.
+ Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
**These will help you succeed**
+ Postgraduate qualifications in health administration, public health, business, or related fields.
+ Experience working with government health departments or large health service providers.
+ Familiarity with emerging health technologies (e.g., AI in healthcare, digital therapeutics, virtual care).

About the Role

As a Correctional Health RN, you will:

  • Deliver front-line nursing care to patients within correctional centres.

  • Provide clinical assessments, triage, wound care, and chronic disease management.

  • Respond to medical and mental health emergencies and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Deliver health promotion and education on topics such as smoking cessation, mental health, and substance misuse.

  • Administer medications and manage clinical documentation in line with policies and procedures.

  • Maintain safety, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

You'll gain experience in a setting that challenges and builds your resilience, clinical judgment, and adaptability - every day is different, and every patient interaction makes an impact.



What You'll Bring

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum 3 years' post-grad experience (ED, primary health, or correctional highly regarded)

  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification desirable

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work within structured policies and security protocols

  • Vaccination compliance for correctional work (VPD)
