**Position Overview**
We are looking for an individual contributor with the heart for coaching, a head for sales, and the skills of a project manager. You will work with the senior leaders for our APAC & Japan Sales organization, Customer Success and Channel organization to plan, coordinate and support the development of the teams. You will be able to leverage the resources of an extended, largely virtual, team to equip new hires with the knowledge and skills to engage with customers, effectively and efficiently. To get the job done, you will have to be resourceful, work cross-functionally, uncover and respond to the needs of a team, focus on activities that boost productivity, and motivate people to invest in their own professional growth and development.
Chances are you have worked with project/program management, sales, preferably for a SaaS company, with a strong understanding of prospecting and lead generation through close. While you enjoy selling and are good at it, you really have a passion for helping others through learning, training, coaching, manager engagement and more. Your first project will be to drive and manage formal onboarding and learning, as well as contribute to the design and execution of onboarding paths for sales, customer success teams and partners.

You will join Go to Market Strategy & Operations, the organization that moves Autodesk business strategies from ideas to reality to maximize revenue potential, organized by centers of excellence that guide our areas of responsibility. You will specifically be part of Go to Market Enablement (GTME) which provides the account team unit (ATU) with the knowledge & skills to effectively engage customers across the lifecycle to accelerate revenue growth. **Responsibilities**
+ Work with sales managers / leaders, channel, HR, sales operations, subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to drive and provide a consistent, global journey for APAC & Japan Sales organization, Customer Success and Partners to help them become Customer Ready as quickly as possible
+ Partner with stakeholders on the design, development, and execution of role-based enablement activities
+ Guide sales and customer success new hires to develop skills, and be knowledgeable of processes, tools and best practices
+ Collaborate with fellow Sales Learning & Program Leads in other GEO's to work on global alignment and continuous improvement of our program
+ Bring creative, innovative approaches that will accelerate enablement, make it more engaging and effective, and drive sales performance goals
+ Be an advocate for enablement, professional development, and cultural transformation with the sales and customer success teams
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
+ 3-5+ years of experience in sales and/or sales training, preferably at a SaaS company, including skills in one or more sales methodologies like Value Selling, and experience with Salesforce and other productivity tools
+ 3-5+ years of experience managing projects or programs where you led an extended team to design and execute solutions to complex problems
+ Experience developing, facilitating, and managing live (virtual) enablement activities
+ Experience leading enablement programs for sales and customer success teams
+ Ability to develop and execute on program plans, including project schedules and budgets
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Excellent communications and presentation skills
+ Some travel may be required

About the team:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as the Pre-sales support / Onboarding Specialist at LexisNexis (part of RELX) within our Regulatory Compliance (RC) solution line. This role reports into our Senior Sales Manager within a team of 14 consisting of mix of Sales, Business Development and Relationship experts!
This role is central to the evolution of the RC solution line technical expertise to leverage the sales team's field efforts more effectively. You will be responsible for developing pre-sales expertise and capability within RC and lead the technical positioning of LexisNexis solutions. Be part of the fastest growing RELX solution to align RC solution offerings (including demonstrations and architecture) to clients' specific business needs.
This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Head of Sales, Asia & Pacific based to be either based in Sydney or Melbourne with a combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide pre sales support to the ANZ BDM team through the facilitation of in depth customer needs analysis and product demonstrations .
+ Interact with customers to represent requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics.
+ Review and utilize data from predefined dashboards to make decision recommendations.
+ Liaise with internal business partners, e.g. sales teams to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace.
+ Provide solution and domain expertise to sales campaigns, including assisting in the technical validation phase of the sales cycle.
+ Deliver online and face-to-face demonstrations of RC technology solutions, to assist Business Development Managers and Relationship Managers in closing opportunities.
+ Actively monitor the portfolio of the top twenty RC sales opportunities for the region.
+ Maintain knowledge of industry trends associated with Regulatory Compliance portfolio.
+ Provide gap analysis for clients to assist their understanding of how our product is relevant.
+ Content creation with Channel Partners which includes demonstration videos, webinars and podcasts.
+ Attend fortnightly sales meetings and represent the solution line.
Requirements:
+ Demonstrated experience working in a risk and compliance function is highly desirable.
+ Presales and client management/customer success experience is Must.
+ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to make persuasive presentations to a variety of audiences.
+ Confidence in dealing with risk and compliance customers and other decision makers is essential.
+ Proven ability to maintain understanding and awareness of the risk and compliance market and LexisNexis solution offerings is essential.
+ Team player and problem solver; energetic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with knowledge of GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) software will be highly desirable.
