The Opportunity


The HR Services Officer (Onboarding) plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and accurate onboarding experience for new starters at Uniting. You’ll be responsible for approving contracts, completing recruitment processing tasks, and carrying out final reviews to ensure all documentation is correct and onboarding is completed on time.


Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Services (TAS) team, you’ll manage onboarding tasks across systems such as myPATH, Zipline, and PageUp. You may also provide support to other areas of HR Services and Payroll when required.


Key Responsibilities



  • Approve contracts and related onboarding documentation.

  • Complete recruitment processing tasks in myPATH.

  • Complete interim solutions tasks in PageUp (until Phase 2 of myPATH).

  • Action candidate compliance outcomes in Zipline.

  • Support the TAS team in progressing candidates through onboarding stages.

  • Assist other areas of HR Services and Payroll with tasks when required.

  • Contribute to improvements in onboarding processes within HR Services.

  • Experience in HR administration, onboarding, or a similar process-driven role.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume tasks.

  • Organised, systematic, and accurate in reviewing and approving documentation.

  • A collaborative and professional team player with a commitment to delivering accurate outcomes.

**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**
As a Customer Success Onboarding Manager, you will be the trusted partner guiding new customers through their onboarding journey with LeanIX. You will ensure a seamless start by managing the planning, execution, and delivery of onboarding activities while fostering strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead and deliver onboarding programs through webinars, workshops, and dedicated sessions.
· Manage customer expectations, project scope, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
· Coordinate technical and non-technical resources across internal teams.
· Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
· Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
· Improve onboarding processes and contribute to scalable best practices.
· Act as a liaison between sales, customer success, and product teams.
· Stay up to date with LeanIX products and translate customer feedback into enhancements.
· Identify opportunities for additional value and growth within customer accounts.
**YOUR PROFILE**
· 3 years' experience in a consulting or customer-facing role in IT management projects (B2B).
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
· Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written, including technical vocabulary).
· Additionally, Japanese language skills are an advantage.
· Experience working in technical roles with enterprise customers or partners.
· Understanding of IT organizations, application development, and IT operations.
· Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and/or LeanIX solutions is a plus

**Title and Summary**
Senior Analyst, Product Integration / Technical Onboarding
1. Overview
The Ethoca Product Integration team is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Product Integration. This role is for our Asia-Pacific Team to support the expansion of our product suite. We are looking for a customer-facing implementation consultant to act as the main point of contact for customers during their technical onboarding and after the customer is live.
Our ideal candidate is someone that is comfortable wearing many hats. You'll be expected to spend roughly 50% of your time working on customer implementation projects and the rest of the time supporting technical queries from customers or internal teams. Fluency in English is essential, and business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese could be an advantage due to the business needs in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
2. Roles
- Working with our customers over the course of their onboarding journey with us, from kick-off calls to configuring accounts and reviewing testing, you will be there to help them along.
- Support live customers with account updates and their operations.
- Review current business and customer processes; identify and recommend solutions that meet these requirements, improve customer and/or operational experience, and do so in a consultative way.
- Act as a conduit between internal and external stakeholders while successfully managing expectations and competing demands.
- Develop and maintain expertise on all internal systems, support and onboarding processes.
3. All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
- Have experience in implementing and supporting API/SFTP B2B technology solutions ideally in fintech or SaaS (i.e. as a sales engineer, customer support, implementation manager).
- Demonstrates a highly proactive mindset and consistently takes initiative to engage with both internal and external stakeholders by asking thoughtful questions.
- Enjoy interacting directly with customers and learning about their business
- Be a natural born project manager with a proven track record in handling multiple projects simultaneously. Know how to solicit requirements, build a plan, execute against it.
- Have the flexibility to support international time zones for our global customer implementations and support.
Assets, but not required:
- Experience of having worked with APIs, SQL, and regular expressions
- Prior experience and knowledge in payments
- Mandarin Chinese language due to handling of clients from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan
