# Project Overview:
The Ranger Rehabilitation project is the rehabilitation of the land of the former Uranium Mine. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in making a positive impact on the environment, restoring the land to the status of its surrounding World Heritage listed Kakadu National Park. A collaborative project, this project is developed in consultation with the Mirarr Traditional Owners and will benefit the Jabiru NT community.
Located 8 km east of Jabiru and 260 km south-east of Darwin, the Ranger Project will lead the way in the fast-growing area of mining closures. # Job Summary:
As part of our on-site team, you will help shape the future of Training across our project. In this newly created position, as Training Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality training programs across the Project team. You'll coordinate training logistics, manage learning systems, and ensure compliance with various standards and statutory obligations. You'll also contribute to the development of engaging learning resources and support our commitment to safety and environmental management through effective training practices.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Conduct and maintain comprehensive assessments to identify training needs across different departments and levels within the organisation.
+ Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to develop plan for training requirements and priorities.
+ Assist with the development of training materials (where applicable), including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules, tailored to meet the identified needs.
+ Utilise instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging and effective training content.
+ Develop assessment tools and evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
+ Designing and developing training packages to meet area operational plans, based on skills needs analysis, training needs analysis and gap closure.
+ Conduct Verification of Competency (VOC) for Operations as per plan and/or as maybe required.

# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ This role requires a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in specialist Training roles. The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Proficiency in various training tools and technologies, including Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and multimedia authoring software, is desirable.

About the Role
At LexisNexis, as a Customer Success Consultant, you will engage with clients to deliver training and implement effective solutions. These clients include corporate, law firms, barristers, and government departments. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities and building relationships with stakeholders. Reporting to our Head of Customer Success, this is a permanent full-time opportunity to be based either Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth with hybrid working available.
Responsibilities
+ Delivering a minimum of 40 training hours per month and maintain accurate records
+ Planning learning activities to cover the client base and minimize cancellations
+ Identifying opportunities for new sales to fulfill client needs

Requirements
+ Law degree or possess good understanding of Legal landscape. Open to Law graduates who are seeking alternative career.
+ Experience in customer success or customer relationship preferably within Legal industry
+ Experience in training delivery and using platforms like eLearning
+ Identify opportunities while building solid relationships with customers and stakeholders
+ Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills
+ Understand Boolean and free text search principles

+ Liaise with a range of management and staff levels, particularly with Sales departments

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**

+ Defence platform-based or sustainment experience

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
+ Relevant tertiary qualification in either, Program or Business Management, or equivalent experience; with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a defence project management role or relevant experience;
+ Demonstrated competence in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) competencies;
+ Proven ability to work both as an individual and as a member of a high-performance team;
+ Strongly developed interpersonal skills and able to influence stakeholders at an operational level and the ability to develop solutions that meet complex customer requirements;
