**The Opportunity**

+ Tertiary qualification in engineering with 20+ years of experience, suitable to hold (or obtain) RPEQ status in Queensland.
+ Proven experience as Project Manager and/or Design Manager for major transport infrastructure projects, specifically including work with TMR.
+ Knowledge of the Queensland consulting services market, including Business Cases, D&C, ECI, and ETI delivery.
+ Excellent client relationships, business development experience, and understanding of resourcing planning and forecasting.
