The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Engineer to join Australia Engineering team. On this role, the MHE Engineer will be responsible to define specifications and monitoring performance of the Material Handling Equipment in our AU Last Mile delivery Network .
This role requires an engineer with experience in automation, engineering, planning and analysis of the Material Handling Equipment in Delivery Stations.
The successful candidate will partner with Automation Engineering, Field and Design Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, Process Engineering, Facilities, and Operations leaders to effectively operate and deploy Material Handling Equipment across Amazon's last mile network.
This role involves regular communication with partner teams from Japan, Europe and WW to support parallel development projects.
This role will be based in either Sydney or Melbourne. The position requires regular domestic and international travel (approximately 25% of work time).
Key job responsibilities
- Lead Material Handling Equipment automation projects
- Update equipment specifications based on various factors; labor, cost, safety, performance, etc. working with Process Engineering and Operations partners
- Support field engineering teams in deploying the specified equipment at sites across Australia
- Monitor performance of the installed equipment in Australia by measuring success criteria for meeting metrics for safety, productivity and quality
- Support lessons learnt program for to understand improvements needed for specifications iterations
- Work with Worldwide teams to understand development plans in other regions and opportunities for bringing new ideas to Australia
- Support development and implementation of Service and Maintenance concepts for AMZL Field teams

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

**Responsibilities**
+ Outcome and Solution-based approach: Taking a customer-centric approach, you will undertake deep technical discovery in collaboration with other team members to uncover the primary goals of our users and then use your experience, technical knowledge and creativity to create solutions that allow our end-users to achieve those goals
+ Technical Closure: Responsible for aligning with important customer team members to secure technical closure of proposed solutions within Autodesk Construction Cloud. + Collaboration: Develops trusted working relationships with the ACS sales team and adjacent teams such as the Autodesk Worldwide Field Operations (WWS) team. You will also work with adjacent business resources (e.g. sales management, deployment, adoption, business development, global technical sales, and marketing) and collaborate with ACS product "centres of excellence", Customer Success projects such as Voice of the Customer, deployment teams to implement proposed solutions, and coordinate with ACS marketing for product launches, webinars and go-to-market messaging strategy
+ Leadership: Shares best practices, competitive information, innovation, and expertise within the sales organisation, product divisions, and technical solutions organisation locally and globally. Participate in strategic speaking engagements at high profile trade shows, conferences, or internal Autodesk events working in collaboration with ACS marketing teams. Provide answers and share knowledge on technical product and integration information
**Minimum Qualifications**

The position will cover key accounts across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) as well as map out and drive growth across this market segment through face-to-face selling, building strong relationships with key customers, education, technical support and attendance at trade displays for our customers across ANZ.
The role of the Single-Cell Multiomics Technical Sales Specialist is to drive new business opportunities for the BD Rhapsody Single Cell Multiomics product portfolio to meet annual sales budget and profit margin targets. This person will also demonstrate self-learning and be abreast of current trends in the related research field. As part of the Sales and Clinical team you will have strong commercial acumen and the desire to be part of a team as well as a flexible approach to satisfying customer needs.
This position can be based in **Sydney** or **Melbourne**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead sales activities for the BD Rhapsody Single-Cell Multiomics (scM) platform across ANZ.
+ Achieve revenue and gross profit targets within key accounts, contributing to the overall BDB business objectives.
+ Develop and maintain a robust short- and long-term pipeline to consistently generate new opportunities and profitable revenue.
+ Understand the primary scientific objectives and scM needs of key accounts.
