**Position Title:** Workforce Manager (WFM) Lead Implementation Consultant
**Reporting Line:** Implementation Manager
**Position Purpose:**
Implement and support the ADP GlobalView solution to achieve all departmental KPIs through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services to ADP Clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.
Act as functional and technical liaison between ADP and the client.
Responsible for onboarding and training new Lead Consultants as well as bringing technical expertise to release readiness, BPI and transformation activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform workshops to gather information on the client's requirements.
+ Design and document the client's solution including business requirements, interface specifications and any other specifications required according to ADP's methodology and project scope.
+ Take ownership of the configuration and work with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test the system as designed.
+ Take ownership of issues and gaps between client requirement and ADP WFM product and work with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them.
+ Provide guidance to the client in preparing testing activities (test scripts, scenarios).
+ Support clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.
+ Support training delivery.
+ Support data migration activities like data cleansing, mapping and conversion.
+ Ensure handover to client services following ADP handover methodology.

**Experience:**
+ Strong experience in implementing UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions.
+ Demonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead role.

The Business Development Manager - Manufacturing Capacity Solutions, ANZ is responsible for the commercial success of Cytiva's KUBio, FlexFactory, Aseptic Filling, and Hardware Solutions across Australia and New Zealand. What you'll do
+ Lead the commercial discussion with key customers on our overall Cytiva offering, by expertly navigating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (product, engineering, operations and commercial teams as well as key technical partners) at both management and engineering levels. Work very closely with internal teams, taking a senior role in driving in-depth commercial discussions with customers in gene and cell therapy manufacturing process design decisions support.

Who you are
+ 10+ years' experience in engineering/biopharma.
+ Proven commercial track record in multiple Bioprocessing modalities, with Product Management/Offering/Large deals expertise.
+ Strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge including quality and regulatory understanding of the Bioprocessing modalities, including Gene Therapy and mRNA fields.
+ Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
+ Demonstrated high-level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact, and which builds effective partnerships.
