Key job responsibilities
- Support in the development of a strong culture of health and safety practices and initiatives through the compliance with legislation and policy.

- Carry out debriefs of all staff and ensure that paperwork is accurately and fully completed.

Operations Supervisor provides logistical and co-ordination to Customers across a single site or across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities

Ensures that driver arrivals and debrief process are completed on time and any issues resolved immediately
Support the daily management of linehaul movements and allocations

Minimum 3 years experience in operations or transport industry, preferably in a leadership role
Certificate III or certificate IV in Logistics (or similar) preferred

Strong communication skills and effective negotiation abilities
Solid experience working in operations with the ability to make decisions
