**Your role and responsibilities**
Delivery consultants provide world class services for clients based on the area of their specialty by understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that help them reach true business value by working through the phases of design, development integration, migration and product support.
These consultants combine deep technical expertise with consultative skills - such as problem solving, issue-based and hypothesis-based methodologies.
They assist with solution engineering, but their primary focus is to deliver technical services to clients for the implementation and optimization of technology solutions, providing skills transfer and advising on best practices to promote skills self-sufficiency.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Technical experience: 7+ years experience in implementing IBM Power Systems technologies, Red Hat Linux, Ansible, Troubleshooting, Technical writing/ Documentation.
Analytical Problem Solving:
Capable of analyzing moderately complex challenges using analytical tools and data interpretation.
Applies critical thinking to assess problems with relevant data independently to evaluate potential solutions after considering various possibilities.
Engages in independent analysis and collaborates with others to gather insights and develop recommendations including challenging existing processes.
Work is done independently and is reviewed at critical points. Incorporates and promotes new technology to improve data analysis, reporting and problem solving.
Analyzes team processes to eliminate inefficiencies, leading to improved project timelines and resource allocation.
Available for weekend work.
Current government security clearance is required.

- 4-6 years of Product Management experience
- Exposure specifically in payments and/or retail banking or merchants and/or consultancies.
- Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
- Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable
- Willingness to travel

· Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
· Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs
