The Data Centre Global Engineering Operations organisation is looking for an individual with proven and tested leadership skills to help bring to fruition a newly developed Facilities Operations Centre (FOC). The FOC is responsible for 24X7 monitoring of the data centre's physical infrastructure and will serve as a facilitator for all Large Scale Events (LSEs) and Critical Site Events (CSEs). This role will also serve as a central monitoring location for the facility electrical and mechanical systems. This team will ensure that the customer experience will be optimal and gratifying by way of consistency, reliability and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will need to have an understanding of data centre IT infrastructure and data centre facilities infrastructure and how the two entities co-exist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the onsite team. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels. Qualified candidates must also have experience functioning in a large-scale data centre and have demonstrated and displayed the ability to think outside of the box. This skill is essential, as the candidate will assist with aligning the FOC with the larger objectives of other business and peer organisations. You will need to play a role with growing the team to a standard of operational excellence.

To support our mission, Raytheon Australia is currently seeking a motivated **Precinct Operations and Maintenance Manager** who is ready to join a diverse, talented and enthusiastic team of professionals in Exmouth, Western Australia.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for both the maintenance and operations of our supporting base facilities as well as our emergency response capability.
You will lead an expert team to success by setting the vision, building the plan and using your unique leadership skills to foster a strong and safe team culture that delivers truly innovative solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Leading and collaborating within a cross-functional environment to manage budget, resources, reporting and deliverables.
+ Ensure Quality & EH&S standards are built and maintained in alignment with company policies.
+ Financial management including Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities.
+ Practice excellent stakeholder management to maintain effective relationships.
+ Act in accordance with company expectations relating to professional workplace behaviour.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications:**
+ Experience supervising a team consisting of various trade professions.
+ Advanced knowledge of maintenance management with a technical/trade background
+ Requires a Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Engineering in a related discipline.
+ Requires a Diploma in Leadership & Management, or equivalent.
+ Minimum of four years prior relevant experience
+ Previous experience and responsibility in executing improvement to processes, systems or products to enhance the performance of a job area.
