# Project Overview:
Bechtel has been engaged to provide EPCM services to replace three (3) existing bucketwheel reclaimers at Rio Tinto's Parker Point facility at Dampier in northwest Australia. The Project includes the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of the new bucketwheel reclaimers as well as design and construction of associated off-board scope, including earthworks, marine infrastructure, structural works and electrical upgrades to support the installation and operation of the new reclaimers. An opportunity exists within the Bechtel project team for an Electrical Field Engineer to oversee the E&I aspects of the site works.
# Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide project field engineering specialization and expertise with work planning and packaging, material management, quantity verification and validation, safety and quality control, technical inspection and testing knowledge, and subcontract coordination. Your recommendations will ensure field engineering activities operate safely, are complete, and conform to quality standards and project requirements. As the Electrical Field Engineer, you will provide leadership on Electrical & Instrumentation construction engineering work for the Project.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Acting as point of contact for coordination and resolution of technical issues related to E&I contractors on site.
+ Developing / reviewing work packages in support of the construction schedule.
+ Prepares construction drawings and sketches.
+ Initiates requisitions for field purchases
+ Prepares quantity takeoffs of field purchased material and equipment.
+ Verifies installed commodities in the field and inputs in the Project quantity tracking system.

**Education and Experience Requirement** s:
+ Required bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience

# Project Overview:
Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day. Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2. Woodside Energy is Australia's leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source.
# Job Summary:

Regional technical support is required for Collins Aerospace Landing Systems wheel and brake customers in Australia, this is a remote job opportunity. This position is to provide continued support to Landing Systems wheel and brake airline customers and MROs in the region. The key objectives are to maintain the highest standards of customer support for future technical sales, campaigns, competitions, retrofit and technical support. Candidate must possess technical competencies, strong communication skills and be able to forge long standing relationships.
**Key responsibilities** :
+ Provide technical support and problem solving for aircraft wheels and brakes, brake control systems and wheel and brake repair and overhaul activities
+ Perform initial investigations (data gathering) of airline wheel and brake problem reports; assist with technical problem analysis (root cause identification and implementation of corrective actions)
+ Conduct maintenance training for airline and maintenance shop personnel
+ Provide front line support to Customer Support Engineering (CSE)
+ Gather and report component reliability data
+ Provide warranty support by investigating and adjudicating claims and issuing scrap certificates
+ Conduct consignment stock audits at customer sites as required

The primary role of a _Field Service Technician_ is to provide repair and preventative maintenance services for all Hach Process and Laboratory Analytical equipment while promoting customer satisfaction and maintenance contract growth across the region.
This position is part of the _Service Department_ located in _Dandenong South, Victoria_ and will be _onsite and remote._
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Use established ISO work instructions to provide repair and preventative maintenance services for all Hach equipment.
+ Work cooperatively with Service team and field sales staff to promote customer satisfaction.
+ Be highly motivated and able to work without supervision.
+ Actively promote contractual service agreements and upgrade purchases of new equipment.
+ Submit prompt, accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure.
+ Extensive travel will be incurred within Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
- Trade certificate or 5+ years' experience in Instrumentation or process control systems required.
- Restricted Electrical or Full Electrical License preferred.
- Mastery of PM, diagnostics & repair on other products to fulfil customer requirements within the territory.
- Experience in a commercial Service role with metrics and monitored KPI performance preferred.
- Candidate must have the right to live and work in Australia.

**Position Summary:**

+ Ensure accurate repair and calibration of equipment to certified standards.
+ Meet and exceed customer expectations for accuracy and turnaround time based on our strictly determined service level agreements.
+ Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding the progress of instrument calibration, maintenance, and repairs.
+ Complete all activities in a professional and reliable manner to ensure customer happiness.
+ Perform calibration, maintenance, and repairs according to QA and NATA accreditation in pressure, temperature, and electrical calibrations.
+ Assist the service organization in achieving their revenue targets through the completion of calibration, maintenance, and repairs.
+ Foster partnerships with our customers by offering outstanding advice and technical support.
+ Collaborate with the commercial team to communicate customer needs and achieve sales and margin targets.
+ Work under the supervision of a NATA signatory to ensure all accreditations are met.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Trade and/or Engineering (Electrical/Instrumentation) Qualifications.
+ Experience in a technical support role is preferred.
+ Proven knowledge of equipment within the portfolio and experience in calibration and repairs of electrical, pressure, and/or temperature calibrators.
+ Experience in a laboratory or other quality-regulated environment.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
+ Professional appearance and a positive, upbeat attitude.
