**Key Responsibilities:**
+ The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will be responsible for managing and developing the Field Service Specialists (FSS) in their respective Territories.
+ The FOM will drive the team to deliver operational excellence, ensuring effective customer engagement from the local Lifecycle Solutions & Services (LSS) and the broader Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) team.
+ This role is accountable for driving growth across all LSS service _business_ modes through effective _ISC SIOP planning,_ workforce planning _(Labor SIOP)_ , _Revenue & productivity planning_ and ensuring compliance with Honeywell and customer Quality _and process framework_
+ Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements following strict adherence to the Honeywell Accelerator AMS GDM.
+ Provide exceptional support to customers, _driving favorable NPS_ , _acting_ as person in charge responsible to track and resolve any Customer escalations, issues or concerns.
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Engineering Degree in Instrumentation & Controls or Electronics & Controls or Equivalent
+ 15+ years of relevant Industry Experience involving Field/Project Engineering,
+ The last 5 years preferably spent as responsible for Customer Management / Project Management.
+ Need to demonstrate ability to collaborate with teams across the businesses / functions and work in a highly matrix environment to deliver expected results

AWS is seeking a senior Field Sales Operations professional to partner with a senior sales leader to drive operational excellence supporting accelerated business growth.
This is a high influence position that is expected to drive operational improvements through data-driven decision making, providing strategic insight to senior leaders. Success in this position requires someone who can effectively balance strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis, while collaborating across AWS functions including Finance, Marketing, and Central Operations teams. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the business through customer segmentation and territory planning, driving growth initiatives and operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
- Working with leadership and other Sales Operations Managers to support the business unit's weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly cadence, performance management, annual goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
- Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, insights and dashboards to drive key business decisions across ANZ.
- Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to AWS senior management regarding strategic initiatives, partner segment performance, performance against goals, etc. Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making, and minimize overall report burden.
- Lead the modelling and development of recommendations for coverage/capacity/ competency planning aligned with targeted customer segmentation/verticals.
- Drive insights and strategic projects to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness internal in the Sales Operations team and in the field.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience

This has created a great opportunity for an experienced **Delivery Manager (Project Management** ) with a passion for delivering water infrastructure solutions to join our Water Group based in our Brisbane or Gold Coast offices.
The Project Delivery team delivers a wide variety of projects from feasibility stage through to concept and detailed design and construction support.
**As a Delivery Manager (Project Management) you will actively contribute to** **the growth of our Queensland Water Group, along with providing your expertise to:**
+ Successfully deliver complex projects, working within high performing interdisciplinary teams and contributing to the financial success of a business.
+ Contribute to decision making and challenge how our projects are being delivered.
+ Work closely with our senior team of experienced engineers, project technical leads, design managers and other project managers to continue our excellent project delivery track record.
+ Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals.
+ Develop strong working relationships with clients by delivering valuable business solutions and understanding the client's business.
+ Contribute to a positive team culture and support the development of junior staff.
**To be successful for this role you'll need:**
+ Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering (or associated disciplines).
+ Project Management qualifications/certifications preferred (e.g. Project Management Professional) or working towards the attainment of a recognised qualification / certification.
+ **_Consultancy experience is a necessary requirement for this role, with Water industry experience being highly regarded_**
+ Demonstrated delivery capability and track record
+ Demonstrated project team leadership skills
+ Solid technical understanding of water infrastructure preferred, including some or all of the following:
+ Water and sewerage networks.
+ Water and wastewater treatment plants.
+ Water resources projects.
+ Dams and pumped hydro infrastructure.
+ General civil heavy infrastructure
+ Excellent organisation and time management skills, with a high level of financial competency.
+ Strong ability to prioritise tasks and multi-task to ensure deadlines are achieved.
+ Proven ability to build and manage relationships with clients to meet their objectives.
+ Ideally experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment

We're looking for a Project Support Officer to join our Project Management Technical Capability Team, where you'll play a key role in supporting important Defence projects. Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensuring financial compliance (SOX) for monthly project reviews - accurate reporting, correct approvals, and clear documentation.
+ Partnering with operational units to keep activities in line with compliance expectations
+ Administering and developing our Project Management Capability SharePoint site
+ Establishing and maintaining our Business Management System
+ Supporting delivery of the PM Capability Change Management Plan and assisting with team priorities
+ Spotting opportunities across units to improve project outcomes
+ Managing documentation, version control, and Defence-standard filing
+ Coordinating meetings, workshops, and reviews - from agendas to action tracking
+ Preparing briefs, status updates, and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed
+ Monitoring registers for risks, issues, actions, and decisions
+ Assisting project managers with planning and scheduling
+ Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
+ Supporting Project Management Capability Enablement across KBR Australia Defence & Security Solutions
+ Growing your own scheduling and risk management skills along the way
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
+ Baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain)
+ Previous Defence experience (preferred, not essential)
+ Understanding of Defence project lifecycles and governance frameworks
+ High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Strong SharePoint skills
+ Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
