+ Residing in Sydney and extensive familiarity with existing academic, corporate, and government accounts in the region with ability to travel 25-50% of the time within the assigned territory with a valid driver's license + occasional overseas travel.
+ Outstanding prospecting, territory management, lead management, negotiation and closing skills.

The Territory Account Sales Executive (TASE) is responsible for expanding new business and renewals in key accounts to meet/exceed financial and business objectives. We have an opportunity for highly motivated Sales Representative to join our Commercial Sales team working with the Grocery Independent accounts in SA. Reporting to the State Field Manager - Southern, you would be responsible for maximising sales of Simplot's branded products in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide from Ascot Park to Victor Harbor and some country stores.
This is a 100% field-based role with which includes overnight regional travel.
**What you will do**
In this role you will assist in the achievement of marketing, sales objectives, and targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
+ Planning the territory to maintain an effective call rate, ensuring maximum possible distribution gains for new and existing products
+ Ensuring full distribution of graded Simplot Australia Pty Limited products
+ Maximising the store condition of our products and categories through improved position and shelf space based on market share and stock weight for promotions
+ Obtaining maximum exposure of Company products through effective displays and seeks prime locations and stock weight to maximise results.
+ Advising head office of any promotional non-support
+ Reporting competitor activity
**About you**
+ Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the supermarket or FMCG sector.
+ Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across planning, reporting, and execution.
+ Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
+ Self-motivated and proactive, consistently seeking ways to improve performance.
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
+ Ambitious and driven, with a clear focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
+ Resilient and adaptable, able to navigate challenges and maintain a positive outlook.
+ Confident in presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders.
+ Collaborative team player, while also capable of working independently.
