**About the role**
Start your journey with the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa as a Concierge . Reporting to the Chief Concierge, you will be providing our guests with memorable arrival and departure experiences in a fast-paced environment. First impressions are everything. Stay up to date on the local area so that you are prepared to provide specific recommendations for guests.

Supply guests/residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
Tag, store, and retrieve luggage from luggage storage, providing guests with proper claim tickets for their luggage.

**About the Role**
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Marketing Coordinator** to support our Marketing team through the festive season. This short-term opportunity is ideal for a passionate individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing the Ritz-Carlton brand to life through thoughtful, on-brand storytelling and marketing execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assist with internal marketing activities, including the creation of flyers, printing, and laminating of communication materials.
+ Coordinate F&B marketing initiatives, ensuring timely updates of menus, templates, and promotional materials.
+ Manage and schedule social media content across key F&B outlets (beginning with Cameo, expanding to Atria), fostering online engagement and community interaction.
+ Maintain and update F&B website content through the CMS.
+ Draft and post Google Review responses, aligning with brand tone and guest engagement standards.
+ Support the Marketing Executive in day-to-day administrative and creative tasks as needed.
**About You**
+ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ A collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for luxury hospitality.
+ Working knowledge of digital and social media platforms preferred.
+ Previous experience within hospitality or luxury brands highly regarded.
+ Candidates with valid Australian work rights (up to 38 hours per week) are preferred.

**About the role**
This is a dynamic role that will allow you to develop your skills across an array of customer service, administrative and operational functions. In your new role At Your Service Agent/ Runner you will be performing a variety of duties like helping our guests with queries, problem solving, and ensuring our operations continue to run smoothly. The role often entails face-to-face interactions with customers and the general public. 
**Critical responsibilities:**
Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices.
Operate telephone switchboard, process guest requests for wake-up calls, and connecting and directing calls to the appropriate extension.
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been resolved to their satisfaction.
Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
May process room service orders, answer questions on menu selection and record transactions in point-of-sale system.
Assist guests with accessing internet and guestroom entertainment.
Test beepers and radios to ensure communications equipment works properly.
Place requested items such as rollaway beds and refrigerators in guest rooms.
Deliver extra towels, bathrobes, and other items to guest rooms.
Provide complimentary toiletries to guests, such as toothpaste, razors, and shampoo.
Deliver items (e.g., messages, mail, faxes, packages, flowers, sundry items, gift items) to guest rooms.
May deliver food, beverage or other amenities and assemble orders to go.
