We're hiring an **Associate Manager** to lead a high-performing **Supply Chain** team based in Sydney. In this role, you'll manage a team of 10 responsible for scheduling assets across ANZ, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, every time.
Our scheduling team manages the movement of our surgical implant inventory between Stryker locations in ANZ and out to our hospital customers every day.

**Introduce smarter systems** - reduce admin, drive automation, and enable your team to focus on high-value work.
**Own stakeholder partnerships** - collaborate with planning leaders, sales teams, and supply chain stakeholders to streamline outcomes.
**Solve complex puzzles** - balance the needs of hospitals, sales, and logistics to get the right kits in the right place at the right time.
**Requirements**
+ 2+ years of management experience within supply chain - you know how to build culture, grow capability and inspire performance.
+ You understand complex supply chain environments and can drive strategic improvements with clarity.
+ You can collaborate with sales teams and turn feedback into action, manage expectations and know when to push back constructively.
+ Experience in medtech, retail, or other multi-endpoint supply chains is an advantage (preferred).

- Allocating and scheduling daily runs for truck drivers and plant staff
- Managing bookings, customer queries, and job sequencing
- Coordinating resources (e.g. pumps, light towers, testing)

- Occasionally attending large or complex job sites (training provided)

Our team continues to grow based on some major project wins and we have an exciting opportunity for a talented and dedicated Senior Project Controller -Scheduler to join our team in Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities include:
+ Provide planning and master scheduling services to major clients across various industries
+ Apply risk management techniques including risk register development, contingency planning and contingency management.
+ Collaborate with the Major Projects Project Services Manager to deliver resource management frameworks, processes, procedures and tools.
+ Drive project compliance and governance standards for best practise requirements.
+ Manage project lifecycles working with management and other members of the project team to maintain and achieve budgets within a tight timeframe.
+ Recommending cost control improvements, cost breakdowns and commercial oversight to projects in collaboration with the wider Project Controls team
Who are you?
The ideal candidate for this role is a skilled and passionate professional wanting to progress your career with a growing global consulting business.
You will have the following skills and experience:
+ Demonstrated experience in Project Controls as a scheduler/planner on major multi-disciplinary projects

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels of our organisation.
+ Technical ability in MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel and SharePoint essential.
