**What You'll Bring**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
+ Previous leadership experience in a Front Office or Hotel Management role.
+ Strong knowledge of hotel front office operations, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
+ Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
+ Proven experience recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing teams.
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
+ A positive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
+ Proven experience meeting KPIs and sales targets
+ The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
+ Excellent organisational and time management skills.
+ Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts when required.
+ Experience with hotel property management systems (Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded but not essential).

Key Responsibilities 

As a Rooms Division Manager you will pay a pivotal in delivering our signature guest experience while managing the daily operations of the Front Office. We are looking for someone who excels in people management and goes above and beyond to surprise and delight guests.

  • Lead the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient team performance.

  • Cultivate a proactive sales culture, encouraging up-selling and on-selling techniques to boost revenue.
  • Prepare monthly reports and manage financial controls in conjunction with the General Manager and Financial Controller.

People & Culture:

  • Recruit, train, and develop Front Office staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering career growth.
  • Promote a positive team environment through regular communication, structured training, and recognition of achievements.
  • Ensure compliance with WH&S standards, company policies, and grooming guidelines to maintain a safe and professional workplace.

**Job Qualifications:**
+ Must be highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment
+ Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner and exhibit good judgment
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to guests and team
+ Previous experience with Opera Cloud is advantageous
+ A Diploma or Degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred
+ Experience of 1 - 3 years preferred
+ Hold a valid Open driver's license
+ Unrestricted working rights in Australia

**About the role**
Responsible for the successful functioning of the department. Major responsibility of the department is to receive all in-house and outside telephone calls and process requests professionally and correctly.
