* Proven leadership in the land development and infrastructure market.
* Professional registration in a related field.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 7+ years experience in technology-related sales, technical selling, or a related field
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years experience managing people in deal-closing roles in the APAC Region.
