Our Penfolds Graduate Program
Join us as a Commercial Graduate! We aim to provide you with the ideal environment to foster your passions, and strengths and fast-track your career.

Our Corporate Finance Graduate Program
Join us as a Finance Graduate! We aim to provide you with the ideal environment to foster your passions, and strengths and fast-track your career.
Finance is an integral part of how we deliver at TWE, so you will be at the heart of helping us achieve our ambition of becoming the world's most desirable luxury wine company. This is a 24-month program with four rotations of 6 months each:

During your rotations, you will build a broad knowledge base and deepen your skillset, whilst forming professional networks to develop your career.
This is a full-time paid program for recent graduates and students graduating in 2025 (and up to two years prior). You will be a permanent employee of TWE, so after the program finishes, you will move into a permanent role.
You'll also receive support for your CA or CPA studies (financial support along with study leave and support programs.) We do prefer CA but will support either CA or CPA.
Eligibility

**Responsibilities**
A challenging, exciting role that will test your sales skills, tenacity and prospecting skills, critical thinking capabilities, ability to remain focused, and follow-through. You will be provided the tools, training, coaching, and people resources to help you be successful. Upon territory assignment, you will qualify and promote leads for new prospects and/or existing customers to the Oracle sales team with defined next steps.
