As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you’ll play a hands-on role in hiring for some of the most customer-facing and iconic parts of our business - Cabin Crew, Customer Service, and Campaigns. You’ll learn how to run job briefs, write engaging job ads, and use smart sourcing techniques to find great talent.
You’ll also help shortlist candidates and support hiring managers through the recruitment process. You’ll be part of a welcoming and collaborative team that’s passionate about helping each other grow. Whether it’s sharing knowledge, offering support, or celebrating wins, we work together to make sure everyone feels empowered and set up for success.
This is a great opportunity if you’re early in your career - maybe you’ve just finished uni, or you’ve had a couple of years’ experience in recruitment or HR and want to take the next step. You’ll build real-world skills, gain exposure to high-impact roles, and be supported every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For
Around 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or HR (internships, part-time roles, or agency experience all count!)
Strong organisation and time management skills
A proactive mindset - you’re curious, adaptable, and keen to learn
Great communication skills and confidence working with different people
Comfortable using tech and juggling multiple tasks

**As an NTT DATA TA Partner, you will actively participate in the deployment of global projects in the region relating to the adoption of systems and improvement of talent acquisition practices.**
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job briefings, job postings, screening, interviews, and offer processes.
+ Champions the delivery of a great candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
+ Uses their expertise and various sourcing tools to identify top talent, build candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with potential hires into the business.
+ Offers local job market advice and knowledge to others within the recruitment team and to line managers/hiring managers.
+ Engages with line managers/hiring managers when a new job opening occurs to help them identify the exact skills set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position and to advise generally on the best method to fill the position for best long term business results.
+ Collates sources of information regarding candidates, including information from reference checks, psychometric assessments, background checks as required by the role and discusses it with the hiring manager to facilitate an appropriate hiring decision.
+ Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance our employer brand, ensuring consistent messaging both internally and externally.
+ Monitors and maintains internal and external job postings.
+ Participates in the deployment of global projects in the region relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practices and processes.
+ Update and manage the ATS (Phenom & Workday) on a timely basis to ensure accurate reporting on statistics on time to fill, costs, and source of hire.
**To thrive in this role, you need to have:**
+ 5+ years of experience in information technology recruiting and sourcing for an in-house recruitment team in a large enterprise or for a technology focused search firm.
+ A strong track record in sourcing technology roles in the following areas: Network, System Engineering, Sales and Presales and Security Clearance roles.
+ Experience with recruitment management systems and application tracking systems.
+ Experience in writing effective job descriptions and adverts.
+ Has sourced candidates through multiple channels and tools.
+ Experience with Workday and/or Phenom.
+ Has worked in a global technology organisation.
+ Experience in implementing DEI initiatives.
+ Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights.
