In this role, you will lead Sales Enablement and Intelligence efforts, within the Business Strategy and Operations APAC Go-To-Market (GTM) team, working directly with the Regional Sales Leadership, Product GTM, Country GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Mastery teams. You will lead a team whose purpose is to ensure the sellers are focused, equipped, and empowered to accelerate business. You will do this by co-designing regional initiatives like academies, contests, incentive plans, future giants etc. with cross-functional teams and get buy-in from senior Sales and GTM leaders.

**Job Summary:**
As a Business Development Manager in the Electric Power Division, you will be out in front of the industry working directly with our end use customers to understand their needs, propose solutions to challenges they didn't anticipate and develop energy outcomes to serve their future power needs. As a Business Development Manager in the Electric Power Division, you will be out in front of the industry working directly with our end use customers to understand their needs, propose solutions to challenges they didn't anticipate and develop energy outcomes to serve their future power needs.
