The IT Middleware Specialist, ANZ for Radiometer is responsible for promoting IT Solutions (ITS) and helping customers in optimizing their workflow across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with Product Specialists, you will be responsible for providing in-theatre clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons during surgeries. As a subject matter expert on our Trauma products, you will also be responsible for providing in-service training to nursing staff as well as acting as the first point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues. Key Accountabilities
