+ Oversee daily hotel operations - from financial transactions to staffing and guest relations.

+ Act as the first point of contact during critical emergency situations.
**What We're Looking For**
+ Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in hotels or hospitality.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
+ Valid NSW RSA Competency Card, First Aid Certification, and Driver's License.
+ Experience with hotel property management systems (Opera highly regarded).
+ A collaborative leader who inspires and promotes a culture of excellence.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift heavy items.
