What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and coordinate a team of housekeepers across multiple sites
- Inspect and monitor cleaning standards and team performance
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness across accommodation areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, BBQ areas, and living spaces
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside your team
- Work in all weather conditions and lift items up to 10kg
What We're Looking For:
- Proven housekeeping experience
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- WA Driver's Licence
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
- A professional, can-do attitude and a passion for leading by example

We are looking for a **full time Housekeeping Teamleader** to join our high performing hotel team.

**What is the job?**
Do you have energy & exceptional standards? We're searching for a Housekeeping Teamleader to work alongside our Housekeeping Manager to ensure all aspects of housekeeping are befitting of our reputation for delivering genuinely memorable experiences to our guests. Your day to day:
+ Supervising daily operations, including planning and assigning work to others.
+ Carrying out "room checks" inspections and following-up concerns directly with the relevant team member regarding areas of improvement.
+ Assisting with the onboarding and training of new housekeeping colleagues.
+ Communicating to the Housekeeping Manager if we don't have the appropriate tools and equipment to carry out jobs and duties.
+ Promoting teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
+ Assisting with projects such as deep cleaning and/ or assist housekeeping operations during high volume periods.
+ Performing any housekeeping duty as necessary, including making beds, as well as vacuuming and cleaning guest suites to ensure we "work better together" and guest satisfaction.
**What we need from you**
+ Minimum 12 months experience in a hotel or 12 months experience in a commercial cleaning environment
+ Experience leading or supervising others is highly regarded
+ Confident verbal communication skills in English and an excellent attention to detail
+ Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workflow and workload
+ It's a physical role and you'll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is important.
+ Strength - with occasional lifting of items up to 23 kilograms and or push/pulling heavy objects.
+ You will need to bend and kneel to complete regular tasks.
+ **Flexibility to work allocated shifts between 7am and 6pm across a 7 day rotating roster - including during the weekends and public holidays**
+ **Unlimited and unrestricted working rights for Australia. Given this is an ongoing full time role, we cannot accept candidates who have working hour limitations (eg student visa) or candidates who need to gain a visa for working in Australia.**

**YOUR DAY TO DAY**
From the moment our guests step into our doors, they walk into a memorable experience. As part of the Housekeeping team, you will help us ensure that our luxurious rooms are always at the highest of standards.
Your day to day will involve:
+ Attending to guest requests
+ Reporting any maintenance concerns
+ Service and cleaning of rooms in line with brand standards
+ Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities, towels and linen.
+ Assisting the wider Housekeeping team as needed
+ Ensuring equipment and storerooms are clean and maintained
